Then all Israel from Dan to Beersheba and from the land of Gilead came together as one and assembled before the Lord in Mizpah.

Then all the Israelites came out. They came from the whole land between Dan and Beersheba. They also came from the land of Gilead. All of them gathered together in front of the Lord at Mizpah.

Then all the people of Israel came out, from Dan to Beersheba, including the land of Gilead, and the congregation assembled as one man to the Lord at Mizpah.

Then all the Israelites were united as one man, from Dan in the north to Beersheba in the south, including those from across the Jordan in the land of Gilead. The entire community assembled in the presence of the Lord at Mizpah.

All the Israelites from Dan to Beer-sheba and from the land of Gilead came out, and the community assembled as one body before the LORD at Mizpah.

民眾悉起、有如一人、曰、我不返幕歸家、

民長與以色列諸支派、集為上帝民會、執兵步卒、共四十萬、

流便族、迦得族、牲畜眾多、見雅謝基列二地、堪為牧畜之所、

取牛一雙臠之、遣使徧送於以色列四境、曰、不出而從掃羅撒母耳者、待其牛亦若是、耶和華使民恐懼、乃咸出、如一人焉、掃羅在比色核其數、以色列人三十萬、猶大人三萬、

爾上帝耶和華賜爾諸邑、俾爾居之、若聞一邑之中、有匪類出、誘居民曰、我其往事他神、乃爾所未識者、則當究問詳察、如得其情、果於爾中有此可惡之事、必以刃擊其邑民、與其牲畜、及凡所有、而殄滅之、聚其貨財於衢、為爾上帝耶和華焚之、並焚其邑、俾為邱墟、毋得再建、應滅之物、毋少存於爾手、使耶和華息其烈怒、矜爾恤爾、俾爾昌熾、踐其所誓爾祖之言、緣爾聽爾上帝耶和華之言、守我今日所諭之誡、行其所視為正者也、
