于是，他们从荀旷野一直打探到哈马口附近的利合。

祂说：“受欺压的西顿人啊，你们再也不能欢乐了！你们就是逃到基提，也得不到安宁。”

西顿啊，你要羞愧！你这海上的堡垒啊，大海否认你，说：“我没有经历过产痛，没有生过孩子，也未曾养育过儿女。”

现在你们准备好，一听见角、笛、弦琴、竖琴、瑟、笙等各种乐器的声音，就要叩拜我造的像。不然，必立刻将你们扔进烈焰熊熊的火窑。那时什么神明能从我手中救你们呢？”沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌答道：“尼布甲尼撒啊，我们无需为此事回答你。王啊，我们若真被扔进烈焰熊熊的火窑，我们所事奉的上帝必能救我们脱离火窑，祂必从你手中救我们。

耶和华把敌军交在以色列人手中，以色列人打败了他们，追杀他们直到西顿大城、米斯利弗·玛音和东面的米斯巴谷，全部消灭了他们，一个没留。

别让他们像狮子般撕裂我，无人搭救。

忘记上帝的人啊，你们要省察，免得我毁灭你们，那时谁也救不了你们。

那时以色列没有王。但支派的人正在寻找可以居住的地方，因为他们在以色列各支派中还没有得到属于自己的土地。

我本来有两个儿子，有一次他们在田间发生争执，当时没有人劝解，其中一个儿子被打死了。
