When Delilah realized that he had told her the whole truth, she sent this message to the Philistine leaders:“ Come one more time, for he has told me the whole truth.” The Philistine leaders came to her and brought the silver with them.

When Delilah saw that he had told her his secret, she sent for the rulers of the Philistines, saying,“ Come up here again, for he has told me his secret.” So the rulers of the Philistines went up to visit her, bringing the silver in their hands.

When Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying,“ Come up this once, for he has told me all his heart.” Then the lords of the Philistines came up to her and brought the money in their hand.

So the governors of the Philistines came up to her and said to her,“ Entice him, and see where his great strength lies and how we can overpower him so that we may bind him to humble him. Then we will each give you 1,100 pieces of silver.”

“ Let everyone be on guard against his neighbor, And do not trust any brother; Because every brother utterly betrays, And every neighbor goes about as a slanderer.Everyone deceives his neighbor And does not speak the truth. They have taught their tongue to speak lies; They weary themselves committing wrongdoing.Your dwelling is in the midst of deceit; Through deceit they refuse to know Me,” declares the Lord.

For this you know with certainty, that no sexually immoral or impure or greedy person, which amounts to an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
