他们又经过旷野，绕着以东和摩押地，从摩押地的东边过来，在亚嫩河边安营，并没有入摩押的境内，因为亚嫩河是摩押的边界。

遂復行曠野、遶以東地及摩押地、由摩押東而來、在亞嫩溪潰列營、並不入摩押境、蓋亞嫩素為摩押之界、

“ Next they traveled through the wilderness, skirted the lands of Edom and Moab, passed along the eastern side of the country of Moab, and camped on the other side of the Arnon. They did not enter the territory of Moab, for the Arnon was its border.

“ Next, they traveled through the desert. They traveled along the borders of the lands of Edom and Moab. They passed along the east side of the country of Moab. They camped on the other side of the Arnon River. They didn’t enter the territory of Moab. The Arnon River was Moab’s border.

“ Then they journeyed through the wilderness and went around the land of Edom and the land of Moab and arrived on the east side of the land of Moab and camped on the other side of the Arnon. But they did not enter the territory of Moab, for the Arnon was the boundary of Moab.

“ Finally, they went around Edom and Moab through the wilderness. They traveled along Moab’s eastern border and camped on the other side of the Arnon River. But they never once crossed the Arnon River into Moab, for the Arnon was the border of Moab.

“ Then they traveled through the wilderness and around the lands of Edom and Moab. They came to the east side of the land of Moab and camped on the other side of the Arnon but did not enter into the territory of Moab, for the Arnon was the boundary of Moab.

Then they went through the wilderness and around the land of Edom and the land of Moab, and came to the east side of the land of Moab, and they camped beyond the Arnon; but they did not enter the territory of Moab, for the Arnon was the border of Moab.

And they went along through the wilderness and bypassed the land of Edom and the land of Moab, came to the east side of the land of Moab, and encamped on the other side of the Arnon. But they did not enter the border of Moab, for the Arnon was the border of Moab.

Then they went through the wilderness, and went around the land of Edom, and the land of Moab, and came by the east side of the land of Moab, and they encamped on the other side of the Arnon; but they came not within the border of Moab, for the Arnon was the border of Moab.

“ Then they traveled through the wilderness and around the lands of Edom and Moab. They came to the east side of the land of Moab and camped on the other side of the Arnon but did not enter into the territory of Moab, for the Arnon was the boundary of Moab.

Then they went along through the wilderness, and compassed the land of Edom, and the land of Moab, and came by the east side of the land of Moab, and pitched on the other side of Arnon, but came not within the border of Moab: for Arnon[ was] the border of Moab.

Then Israel went through the desert and bypassed the land of Edom and the land of Moab. They traveled east of the land of Moab and camped on the other side of the Arnon River; they did not go through Moabite territory( the Arnon was Moab’s border).

Then they went through the wilderness, and went around the land of Edom, and the land of Moab, and came by the east side of the land of Moab, and they encamped on the other side of the Arnon; but they didn’t come within the border of Moab, for the Arnon was the border of Moab.

『此後我們轉了身，按到蘆葦海的路向往前行、到曠野去、照永恆主所告訴我的；我們又在西珥山繞行了許多日子。永恆主對我說：「你們繞行這山的日子夠了；要轉身向北去。你要吩咐人民說：你們的族弟兄以掃的子孫、那住在西珥的、你們正要經過他們的地界；他們必懼怕你們，所以你們要極其謹慎。不要去惹他們；他們的地、連腳掌可踏的地方、我都不給你們，因為我已將西珥山賜給以掃為基業。你們要用銀子向他們糴糧食喫，也要用銀子向他們買水喝。因為永恆主你的上帝在你手所作的一切事上已賜福與你；你怎樣走這大曠野、他都知道；這四十年永恆主你的上帝都與你同在；你一無所缺。」於是我們往前進、離開了住西珥的族弟兄以掃的子孫；由亞拉巴的路向、離了以拉他和以旬迦別。『我們便轉身，按摩押野地的路向前進。

巴勒聽見巴蘭來了，就出去到摩押的京城迎接他：這城在亞嫩河地界、就在邊界上。

以色列人全會眾從加低斯往前行，到了何珥山。

從加低斯往前行，就在何珥山以東地的邊界紮營。以色列人出了埃及地以後四十年、五月一日、祭司亞倫照永恆主所吩咐的上何珥山，就死在那裏。亞倫死在何珥山的時候、是一百二十三歲。住在迦南地南方的迦南人亞拉得王也曾聽說以色列人來到他們那裏。以色列人從何珥山往前行，就在撒摩拿紮營。從撒摩拿往前行，就在普嫩紮營。從普嫩往前行，就在阿伯紮營。從阿伯往前行，就在以耶亞巴琳、摩押的邊界紮營。

他們從何珥山按到蘆葦海的路向往前行，要繞過以東地；人民因了這一條路、心裏着急；就說壞話攻擊上帝和摩西說：『你們為甚麼把我們從埃及領上來，讓我們死在這曠野呢？這裏沒有食物、沒有水；這淡薄的食物，我們的胃口都憎厭了。』於是永恆主打發火蛇進入人民中間，蛇咬了人民，以色列中就死了許多人。人民來見摩西說：『我們說壞話攻擊永恆主和你，我們有罪了；求你禱告永恆主叫蛇離開我們。』於是摩西為人民禱告。永恆主對摩西說：『你造一條銅蛇，掛在旗杆上；凡被咬的、一看這蛇，就會活過來。』摩西便造了一條銅蛇，掛在旗杆上；蛇若咬了甚麼人，那人一望這銅蛇，就活了。以色列人往前行，在阿伯紮營。又從阿伯往前行，在以耶亞巴琳紮營，在摩押對面的曠野、日出的方向。他們從那裏往前行，在撒烈谿谷紮營。又從那裏往前行，在亞嫩河那邊紮營；這亞嫩河是在曠野、從亞摩利人的地界流出來的；因為亞嫩河是摩押的邊界，在摩押與亞摩利人之間。
