迫害你們的，要為他們祝福；要祝福，不可咒詛。

況且，她們不僅懶散成性，四處串門，還說長道短，好管閒事，搬弄是非。

城裡的首領為貪贓而枉法，祭司為銀子而施教，先知為錢財而占卜。他們卻宣稱倚靠耶和華，說：「耶和華不是在我們當中嗎？災禍不會臨到我們。」

亞比米勒召見亞伯拉罕，對他說：「你為什麼要害我們？我什麼地方得罪了你？你竟使我和我的人民陷入大罪！你不該這樣做。」

她瑪說：「哥哥，不要，不要玷污我！在以色列不應當發生這種事，不要做這種惡事。
