未施矜恤者、被審判時、亦不見矜恤、蓋矜恤必勝審判、○

蓋不施矜憐者、被審判時、亦必不蒙矜憐。惟矜憐仁恕、能逍遙於審判之外。

because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

But that slave went out and found one of his fellow slaves who owed him a hundred denarii; and he seized him and began to choke him, saying,‘ Pay back what you owe!’So his fellow slave fell to the ground and began to plead with him, saying,‘ Have patience with me and I will repay you.’But he was unwilling, and went and threw him in prison until he would pay back what was owed.So when his fellow slaves saw what had happened, they were deeply grieved and came and reported to their master all that had happened.Then summoning him, his master* said to him,‘ You wicked slave, I forgave you all that debt because you pleaded with me.Should you not also have had mercy on your fellow slave, in the same way that I had mercy on you?’And his master, moved with anger, handed him over to the torturers until he would repay all that was owed him.My heavenly Father will also do the same to you, if each of you does not forgive his brother from your heart.”

“ Then He will also say to those on His left,‘ Depart from Me, you accursed people, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;for I was hungry, and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink;I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.’Then they themselves also will answer,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or as a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?’Then He will answer them,‘ Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it for one of the least of these, you did not do it for Me, either.’These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

“ Do not judge, so that you will not be judged.For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.

But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Christ( by grace you have been saved),and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,so that in the ages to come He might show the boundless riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

Graciousness and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Who is a God like You, who pardons wrongdoing And passes over a rebellious act of the remnant of His possession? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy.

With the faithful You show Yourself faithful; With the blameless You prove Yourself blameless;

The one who does not love does not know God, because God is love.By this the love of God was revealed in us, that God has sent His only Son into the world so that we may live through Him.In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us.By this we know that we remain in Him and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit.We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.

For you have seized pledges from your brothers without cause, And stripped people naked.You have given the weary no water to drink, And you have withheld bread from the hungry.But the earth belongs to the powerful man, And the one who is honorable dwells on it.You have sent widows away empty, And the strength of orphans has been crushed.Therefore traps surround you, And sudden dread terrifies you,

Behold, the pay of the laborers who mowed your fields, and which has been withheld by you, cries out against you; and the outcry of those who did the harvesting has reached the ears of the Lord of armies.

Then they said to one another,“ Truly we are guilty concerning our brother, because we saw the distress of his soul when he pleaded with us, yet we would not listen; for that reason this distress has happened to us.”

but let the one who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who exercises mercy, justice, and righteousness on the earth; for I delight in these things,” declares the Lord.

to the praise of the glory of His grace, with which He favored us in the Beloved.In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our wrongdoings, according to the riches of His grace
