錫安未曾劬勞就生產，未覺疼痛就生出男孩。

錫安沒有絞痛就生產；疼痛沒有臨到她身上，就生了一個男孩。

錫安沒有產痛就生產，陣痛還沒有臨到，她就生下一個男孩。

維彼錫安女、不坼副而分娩、未劬勞而生男、若此之事、孰聞之、孰見之、

郇邑若婦、不坼副而分娩、未劬勞而生子。

你這不懷孕、不生育的，要歡呼；你這未曾經過產難的，要歡呼，揚聲呼喊；因為被遺棄的婦人，比有丈夫的人兒女更多；這是耶和華說的。

天上出現了一個大兆頭：有一個婦人身披太陽，腳踏月亮，頭戴十二顆星的冠冕；她懷了孕，在生產的陣痛中疼痛地喊叫。天上又出現了另一個兆頭：有一條大紅龍，有七個頭十個角；七個頭上戴着七個冠冕。牠的尾巴拖拉着天上星辰的三分之一，把它們摔在地上。然後龍站在那將要生產的婦人面前，等她生產後要吞吃她的孩子。婦人生了一個男孩子，就是將來要用鐵杖管轄萬國的；她的孩子被提到上帝和他寶座那裏去。

但另一婦人就是在上的耶路撒冷，是自由的，她是我們的母親。
