“ Those who dedicate and purify themselves to enter the groves following their leader, eating meat from pigs, vermin, and rats, will perish together.” This is the LORD’s declaration.

自別自潔之人、入於園囿、而從其中一人、食豕與鼠、及可惡之物、彼必偕亡、耶和華言之矣、

凡在園囿之人、自言已潔、一唱眾和、食豕與鼠、及可惡之物、我耶和華滅之務盡。

凡在園自潔自別、以拜在中所設之偶像、食豕肉與鼠、及他可憎之物者、此種人皆必滅亡、此乃主所言、

“ Those who consecrate and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one who is among those who eat the flesh of pigs, rats and other unclean things— they will meet their end together with the one they follow,” declares the Lord.

“ Some people set themselves apart and make themselves pure. They do it so they can go into the gardens to worship other gods. They follow what the worship leader tells them to do. They are among those who eat the meat of pigs and rats. They also eat other‘ unclean’ things. Those people and the one they follow will come to a horrible end,” announces the Lord.

“ Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one in the midst, eating pig’s flesh and the abomination and mice, shall come to an end together, declares the Lord.

“ Those who‘ consecrate’ and‘ purify’ themselves in a sacred garden with its idol in the center— feasting on pork and rats and other detestable meats— will come to a terrible end,” says the Lord.

“ Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go to the gardens, Following one in the center, Who eat pig’s flesh, detestable things, and mice, Will come to an end altogether,” declares the Lord.

“ Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves, To go to the gardens After an idol in the midst, Eating swine’s flesh and the abomination and the mouse, Shall be consumed together,” says the Lord.

They that sanctify themselves and purify themselves to go unto the gardens, behind one in the midst, eating swine’s flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, they shall come to an end together, saith Jehovah.

They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one[ tree] in the midst, eating swine’s flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.

“ As for those who consecrate and ritually purify themselves so they can follow their leader and worship in the sacred orchards, those who eat the flesh of pigs and other disgusting creatures, like mice– they will all be destroyed together,” says the LORD.

“ Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves to go to the gardens, behind one in the middle, eating pig’s meat, abominable things, and the mouse, they shall come to an end together,” says Yahweh.

These people continually anger me to my face, sacrificing in gardens, burning incense on bricks,sitting among the graves, spending nights in secret places, eating the meat of pigs, and putting polluted broth in their bowls.

At the same time both rebels and sinners will be broken, and those who abandon the LORD will perish.Indeed, they will be ashamed of the sacred trees you desired, and you will be embarrassed because of the garden shrines you have chosen.

“ Tell the Israelites: You may eat all these kinds of land animals.You may eat any animal with divided hooves and that chews the cud.But among the ones that chew the cud or have divided hooves you are not to eat these: camels, though they chew the cud, do not have divided hooves— they are unclean for you;hyraxes, though they chew the cud, do not have hooves— they are unclean for you;hares, though they chew the cud, do not have hooves— they are unclean for you;pigs, though they have divided hooves, do not chew the cud— they are unclean for you.Do not eat any of their meat or touch their carcasses— they are unclean for you.

“ You must not eat any detestable thing.These are the animals you may eat: oxen, sheep, goats,deer, gazelles, roe deer, wild goats, ibexes, antelopes, and mountain sheep.You may eat any animal that has hooves divided in two and chews the cud.But among the ones that chew the cud or have divided hooves, you are not to eat these: camels, hares, and hyraxes, though they chew the cud, they do not have hooves— they are unclean for you;and pigs, though they have hooves, they do not chew the cud— they are unclean for you. Do not eat their meat or touch their carcasses.
