I trampled the nations in my anger; in my wrath I made them drunk and poured their blood on the ground.”

I walked all over the nations because I was angry with them. I made them drink from the cup of my great anger. I poured out their blood on the ground.”

I trampled down the peoples in my anger; I made them drunk in my wrath, and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth.”

I crushed the nations in my anger and made them stagger and fall to the ground, spilling their blood upon the earth.”

使兇暴者自食其肉、自飲其血、若醉以醇酒、我耶和華為雅各家全能之救主、天下無不知焉。

則上帝必怒之、俾飲鴆酒、盛酒於杯、厥味甚烈、亦以火與硫、困苦其人、於羔及聖天使前、

大邑裂為三、異邦眾邑傾圮、上帝憶巴比倫大邑、怒甚、以鴆酒之杯賜飲、

有能天使舉大石如磨、投於海、曰、巴比倫大邑、當猝然傾圮、不復得見、有如此石、

爾曹潦倒、甚於酩酊、非由醉酒、宜聽我言。我耶和華爾之上帝、恆伸民冤、素我怒爾、若手執爵、酒味殊烈、使爾飲之、以至酩酊、後不復飲爾。惟爾敵人、素使爾曲躬俯伏、俟其踰越而行、若遨遊於通衢、我必使彼飲焉。

維此郇山、必蒙耶和華庇佑、摩押必遭蹂躪、若踐草芥於泥淖之中、摩押人展舒其手、以泳以游、惟耶和華將降其驕志、敗其計謀、毀其城垣、使成平地。

猶大人乎、爾曹躊躇而滿志、相望而驚疑、厥心昏迷、跬步不能自主、非因飲酒、乃因駭異、

主使予食苦荼、餐茵蔯兮。

耶和華執爵、酒味殊烈、調劑甚厚、主斟之出、俾天下惡人、啜其渣滓兮。

飲畢若狂、傾欹不定、蓋我必降以鋒刃之災。我即取爵而往、至耶和華所遣我諸國、使彼飲之、

選民曰、爾衣甚赭、若踐酒醡、誠何故哉。主曰、踐酒醡者、無他、我也、我震怒、蹂躪異邦人、血污衣襟。

北方諸王、無間遐邇、爰及天下列邦、厥後示殺王、亦飲斯爵。爾必告之曰、萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華云、予必擊爾以鋒刃、當飲斯爵、至於酩酊、至於哇吐、顛躓不起。

彼流先知聖徒之血、今主以血賜飲亦合乎宜、

高者降為卑、都城百仞、使之傾圮、成為邱墟、使窮乏之民蹂躪之、

爾使斯民罹害、如醉將蹶兮、

俾目擊禍患之至、親膺全能者之震怒。

因巴比倫使諸國飲淫亂鴆酒、天下諸王、與彼行淫、邑事華靡、天下商旅、於以富饒、我又聞自天有聲云、吾民當出巴比倫、勿與其罪、遘其災、罪惡滔天、其不義、上帝錄之、以其所加諸人者、即加之彼、視其所行、執施惟倍、彼以斝使人飲者、今亦倍以罰之、
