我觀看，但沒有人幫助；我詫異，因沒有人扶持；所以我用自己的膀臂為我施行了拯救，我的烈怒扶持了我，

我仰望，见无人帮助；我诧异，没有人扶持。所以，我自己的膀臂为我施行拯救；我的烈怒将我扶持。

我觀之、無人輔翼、我異其無人扶持、遂以己臂自行拯救、藉己憤自為扶持、

我見輔翼無人、不勝錯愕、故展力發憤、手援選民。

我見無人輔助、無人扶持、甚為奇異、故自以臂施行拯救、施威自為扶持、

I looked, but there was no one to help, I was appalled that no one gave support; so my own arm achieved salvation for me, and my own wrath sustained me.

I looked around, but no one was there to help me. I was shocked that no one gave me any help. So I used my own power to save my people. I had the strength to do it because I was angry.

I looked, but there was no one to help; I was appalled, but there was no one to uphold; so my own arm brought me salvation, and my wrath upheld me.

I was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed. So I myself stepped in to save them with my strong arm, and my wrath sustained me.

因為他們取得那地，不是靠自己的刀劍；他們得勝，也不是靠自己的膀臂；而是靠你的右手、你的膀臂和你臉上的光，因為你喜悅他們。

我看的時候，卻沒有一個人；他們中間也沒有謀士，我問他們的時候，可以回答一句話。

為甚麼我來的時候，沒有人在呢？為甚麼我呼喚的時候，沒有人答應呢？難道我的手太軟弱不能救贖嗎？或是我沒有能力拯救嗎？看哪！我以斥責使海乾涸，我使江河變成曠野，江河的魚因無水發臭，因乾渴而死。

耶和華在萬國的眼前，顯露他的聖臂，地極的人必看見我們神的拯救。

看哪！主耶和華必像大能者臨到，他的膀臂要為他掌權；看哪！他給予人的賞賜在他那裡，他施予人的報應在他面前。

你們要向耶和華唱新歌，因為他行了奇妙的事；他的右手和他的聖臂，為他施行拯救。

但對那些蒙召的人，不論是猶太人或希臘人，基督是神的能力，神的智慧。

看哪，時候要到，而且已經到了，你們要分散，各人到自己的地方去，只留下我獨自一個人。其實我不是獨自一個人，因為有父與我同在。

“我獨自踹酒槽；萬民之中沒有一人與我同在；我在忿怒中把他們踹下，在烈怒中把他們踐踏；他們的血濺在我的衣服上，我把我所有的衣裳都染污了。

“但我要憐恤猶大家，使他們靠耶和華他們的神得救。我要拯救他們，並不是靠弓、靠刀、靠戰爭，也不是靠戰馬、靠騎兵。”

耶和華的膀臂啊，醒來吧！醒來吧！穿上能力吧！像古時的日子，像上古的世代一樣醒來吧！從前砍碎了拉哈伯，刺透了海龍的，不是你嗎？

他見無人行善，無人代求，就非常詫異，所以他用自己的膀臂為他施行拯救，以自己的公義扶持他。他穿上公義的鎧甲，戴上救恩的頭盔，穿上復仇的衣服，披上熱心作外袍。他要按照各人的行為施行報應，把烈怒降與他的敵人，把報應加給他的仇敵，向眾海島的人施行報應。

孩子們既然同有血肉之體，他自己也照樣成為血肉之體，為要藉著死，消滅那掌握死權的魔鬼，並且要釋放那些因為怕死而終身作奴僕的人。
