人不復稱爾被棄者、爾地不復稱為荒蕪、必稱為主所悅者、爾地必稱為有居民者、如婦得夫、蓋主必悅爾、爾地復有居民、如婦得夫、

No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married.

People will not call you Deserted anymore. They will no longer name your land Empty. Instead, you will be called One the Lord Delights In. Your land will be named Married One. That’s because the Lord will take delight in you. And your land will be married.

You shall no more be termed Forsaken, and your land shall no more be termed Desolate, but you shall be called My Delight Is in Her, and your land Married; for the Lord delights in you, and your land shall be married.

Never again will you be called“ The Forsaken City” or“ The Desolate Land.” Your new name will be“ The City of God’s Delight” and“ The Bride of God,” for the Lord delights in you and will claim you as his bride.

You will no longer be called Deserted, and your land will not be called Desolate; instead, you will be called My Delight Is in Her, and your land Married; for the LORD delights in you, and your land will be married.

It will no longer be said to you,“ Forsaken,” Nor to your land will it any longer be said,“ Desolate”; But you will be called,“ My delight is in her,” And your land,“ Married”; For the Lord delights in you, And to Him your land will be married.

Jehovah thy God is in the midst of thee, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love; he will joy over thee with singing.

Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in justice, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness; and thou shalt know Jehovah.

For thy Maker is thy husband; Jehovah of hosts is his name: and the Holy One of Israel is thy Redeemer; the God of the whole earth shall he be called.For Jehovah hath called thee as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, even a wife of youth, when she is cast off, saith thy God.For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.

Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith Jehovah.

And they shall call them The holy people, The redeemed of Jehovah: and thou shalt be called Sought out, A city not forsaken.

For Jehovah taketh pleasure in his people: He will beautify the meek with salvation.

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it;that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,that he might present the church to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man passed through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.

who in time past were no people, but now are the people of God: who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

For the palace shall be forsaken; the populous city shall be deserted; the hill and the watch- tower shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;until the Spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness become a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be esteemed as a forest.

As he saith also in Hosea, I will call that my people, which was not my people; And her beloved, that was not beloved.And it shall be, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, There shall they be called sons of the living God.And Isaiah crieth concerning Israel, If the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, it is the remnant that shall be saved:

Be ye free from the love of money; content with such things as ye have: for himself hath said, I will in no wise fail thee, neither will I in any wise forsake thee.

And Jehovah said, Call his name Lo- ammi; for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God.Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass that, in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.
