你们不知道平安之路，你们的行径毫无公正；你们走歪门邪道，跟从你们的必得不到平安。

The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace.

They don’t know how to live at peace with others. What they do isn’t fair. They lead twisted lives. No one who lives like that will enjoy peace and rest.

They don’t know where to find peace or what it means to be just and good. They have mapped out crooked roads, and no one who follows them knows a moment’s peace.

耶和华说：“你们在耶路撒冷街头四处看看，在广场找找，如果你们能找到一个公正诚实的人，我就赦免这城。

耶和华说：“恶人得不到平安。”

以色列人啊，你们要留心听耶和华的话。祂指控住在这片土地上的居民，说：“这片土地上的人不忠不信，毫无良善，不认识上帝。他们咒诅、撒谎、凶杀、偷窃、通奸，为所欲为，血案累累。

他们的道路歪邪，行径扭曲。

你们做官长的主持公道吗？你们的审判公正吗？不，你们心中图谋不义，你们在地上行凶作恶。

正义被赶逐，公义不能靠近，真理倒在街上，正直被拒之门外。真理无处可寻，远离恶事的人反成了猎物。耶和华因正义荡然无存而不悦。

“虚伪的律法教师和法利赛人啊，你们有祸了！你们把薄荷、茴香、芹菜献上十分之一，却忽略了律法中更重要的事——公正、怜悯、信实。后者是你们本该做的，前者也不可忽略。

平安之路，他们未曾知道；

耶和华必把那些偏行恶道的人与作恶的人一同赶走。愿平安临到以色列。

万军之耶和华的葡萄园就是以色列，祂所喜爱的葡萄树就是犹大人。祂希望看到公平，却只看见杀戮；指望看到公义，却只听见冤声。

她的路上有福乐，她的道上有平安。

在锡安生活安逸舒适的人啊，你们有祸了！在撒玛利亚山上自觉无忧的人啊，你们有祸了！你们是列国之首以色列的显要，以色列人都仰望你们。你们去甲尼看看，然后从那里到哈玛大城，再到非利士人的迦特看看。你们比这些国家更好吗？他们的领土不比你们的更广阔吗？你们以为灾难的日子离得还远，就大肆施行暴政。你们躺在象牙床上，靠在卧榻上，你们吃养在圈里的肥嫩牛羊。你们伴着琴声唱慵懒的歌，像大卫一样为自己制造乐器。你们以大碗狂饮，用上等膏油抹身，却漠不关心约瑟家的衰亡。
