You have heard my predictions and seen them fulfilled, but you refuse to admit it. Now I will tell you new things, secrets you have not yet heard.

你已经听见了，现在要注意这一切事。难道你不述说吗？从今以后，我要把新的事，就是你不知道的隐秘的事，告诉你。

你已经听见了，就当观看这一切！难道你还不宣告吗？从今以后，我要告知你新的事，就是你所不知道的隐秘事——

『你已經聽見，已經見過這一切；難道你不告訴人麼？從今以後、我將新的事、隱藏的事、而你不知道的、說給你聽。

你已經聽見了，就當觀看這一切！難道你還不宣告嗎？從今以後，我要告知你新的事，就是你所不知道的隱祕事——

爾既聞之、今悉見之、尚不宣示乎、自今而後、我以新事示爾、即爾所未知之秘奧、

爾始耳聞、今能目睹、何不以此明示於眾、今而後未來之事、素稱秘奧、爾所未知者、我以之啟迪爾、

昔爾所聞、今皆目睹、爾不當宣示於眾乎、爾不當宣示於眾乎或作爾不當認為真乎自今而後、我示爾新事、與爾所未知隱秘之事、

You have heard these things; look at them all. Will you not admit them?“ From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you.

You have heard me tell you these things. Think about all of them. Won’t you admit they have taken place?“ From now on I will tell you about new things that will happen. I have not made them known to you before.

“ You have heard; now see all this; and will you not declare it? From this time forth I announce to you new things, hidden things that you have not known.

You have heard it. Observe it all. Will you not acknowledge it? From now on I will announce new things to you, hidden things that you have not known.

You have heard; look at all this. And you, will you not declare it? I proclaim to you new things from this time, Hidden things which you have not known.

“ You have heard; See all this. And will you not declare it? I have made you hear new things from this time, Even hidden things, and you did not know them.

Thou hast heard it; behold all this; and ye, will ye not declare it? I have showed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, which thou hast not known.

You have heard it. Observe it all. Will you not acknowledge it? From now on I will announce new things to you, hidden things that you have not known.

Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare[ it]? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.

You have heard; now look at all the evidence! Will you not admit that what I say is true? From this point on I am announcing to you new events that are previously unrevealed and you do not know about.

You have heard it. Now see all this. And you, won’t you declare it?“ I have shown you new things from this time, even hidden things, which you have not known.

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

Everything I prophesied has come true, and now I will prophesy again. I will tell you the future before it happens.”

Bring out the people who have eyes but are blind, who have ears but are deaf.Gather the nations together! Assemble the peoples of the world! Which of their idols has ever foretold such things? Which can predict what will happen tomorrow? Where are the witnesses of such predictions? Who can verify that they spoke the truth?“ But you are my witnesses, O Israel!” says the Lord.“ You are my servant. You have been chosen to know me, believe in me, and understand that I alone am God. There is no other God— there never has been, and there never will be.

That is what the Scriptures mean when they say,“ No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”

I heard what he said, but I did not understand what he meant. So I asked,“ How will all this finally end, my lord?”But he said,“ Go now, Daniel, for what I have said is kept secret and sealed until the time of the end.Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are wise will know what it means.“ From the time the daily sacrifice is stopped and the sacrilegious object that causes desecration is set up to be worshiped, there will be 1,290 days.And blessed are those who wait and remain until the end of the 1,335 days!“ As for you, go your way until the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days, you will rise again to receive the inheritance set aside for you.”

O my people, threshed and winnowed, I have told you everything the Lord of Heaven’s Armies has said, everything the God of Israel has told me.

Then I saw a scroll in the right hand of the one who was sitting on the throne. There was writing on the inside and the outside of the scroll, and it was sealed with seven seals.And I saw a strong angel, who shouted with a loud voice:“ Who is worthy to break the seals on this scroll and open it?”

“ O my people, listen to the words of the Lord! Have I been like a desert to Israel? Have I been to them a land of darkness? Why then do my people say,‘ At last we are free from God! We don’t need him anymore!’

I will tell everyone about your righteousness. All day long I will proclaim your saving power, though I am not skilled with words.I will praise your mighty deeds, O Sovereign Lord. I will tell everyone that you alone are just.O God, you have taught me from my earliest childhood, and I constantly tell others about the wonderful things you do.Now that I am old and gray, do not abandon me, O God. Let me proclaim your power to this new generation, your mighty miracles to all who come after me.

“ Write down what you have seen— both the things that are now happening and the things that will happen.

Those who are wise will take all this to heart; they will see in our history the faithful love of the Lord.

As I watched, the Lamb broke the first of the seven seals on the scroll. Then I heard one of the four living beings say with a voice like thunder,“ Come!”I looked up and saw a white horse standing there. Its rider carried a bow, and a crown was placed on his head. He rode out to win many battles and gain the victory.When the Lamb broke the second seal, I heard the second living being say,“ Come!”Then another horse appeared, a red one. Its rider was given a mighty sword and the authority to take peace from the earth. And there was war and slaughter everywhere.When the Lamb broke the third seal, I heard the third living being say,“ Come!” I looked up and saw a black horse, and its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.And I heard a voice from among the four living beings say,“ A loaf of wheat bread or three loaves of barley will cost a day’s pay. And don’t waste the olive oil and wine.”When the Lamb broke the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living being say,“ Come!”I looked up and saw a horse whose color was pale green. Its rider was named Death, and his companion was the Grave. These two were given authority over one fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword and famine and disease and wild animals.When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of all who had been martyred for the word of God and for being faithful in their testimony.They shouted to the Lord and said,“ O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you judge the people who belong to this world and avenge our blood for what they have done to us?”Then a white robe was given to each of them. And they were told to rest a little longer until the full number of their brothers and sisters— their fellow servants of Jesus who were to be martyred— had joined them.I watched as the Lamb broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake. The sun became as dark as black cloth, and the moon became as red as blood.Then the stars of the sky fell to the earth like green figs falling from a tree shaken by a strong wind.The sky was rolled up like a scroll, and all of the mountains and islands were moved from their places.Then everyone— the kings of the earth, the rulers, the generals, the wealthy, the powerful, and every slave and free person— all hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains.And they cried to the mountains and the rocks,“ Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb.For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to survive?”

Now all glory to God, who is able to make you strong, just as my Good News says. This message about Jesus Christ has revealed his plan for you Gentiles, a plan kept secret from the beginning of time.But now as the prophets foretold and as the eternal God has commanded, this message is made known to all Gentiles everywhere, so that they too might believe and obey him.

Then as I looked, I saw a door standing open in heaven, and the same voice I had heard before spoke to me like a trumpet blast. The voice said,“ Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this.”

I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me.

This is what the Lord says:“ Tell the whole world, and keep nothing back. Raise a signal flag to tell everyone that Babylon will fall! Her images and idols will be shattered. Her gods Bel and Marduk will be utterly disgraced.

I have recited aloud all the regulations you have given us.

When the ram’s horn blows a warning, shouldn’t the people be alarmed? Does disaster come to a city unless the Lord has planned it?

Fear the Lord if you are wise! His voice calls to everyone in Jerusalem:“ The armies of destruction are coming; the Lord is sending them.

What I tell you now in the darkness, shout abroad when daybreak comes. What I whisper in your ear, shout from the housetops for all to hear!

Let each generation tell its children of your mighty acts; let them proclaim your power.I will meditate on your majestic, glorious splendor and your wonderful miracles.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere— in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

I have told all your people about your justice. I have not been afraid to speak out, as you, O Lord, well know.I have not kept the good news of your justice hidden in my heart; I have talked about your faithfulness and saving power. I have told everyone in the great assembly of your unfailing love and faithfulness.

stories we have heard and known, stories our ancestors handed down to us.We will not hide these truths from our children; we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord, about his power and his mighty wonders.For he issued his laws to Jacob; he gave his instructions to Israel. He commanded our ancestors to teach them to their children,so the next generation might know them— even the children not yet born— and they in turn will teach their own children.

This salvation was something even the prophets wanted to know more about when they prophesied about this gracious salvation prepared for you.They wondered what time or situation the Spirit of Christ within them was talking about when he told them in advance about Christ’s suffering and his great glory afterward.They were told that their messages were not for themselves, but for you. And now this Good News has been announced to you by those who preached in the power of the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. It is all so wonderful that even the angels are eagerly watching these things happen.
