有曰、我崇事耶和華、有曰、我屬雅各家、有曰、我為耶和華僕、黥手為證、有曰、我為以色列族赤子、稱名為據。

有人曰、我屬主、有人自稱為雅各族、有人自稱為雅各族或作有人稱譽雅各族之名有人以手書已歸主、願稱為以色列人、

Some will say,‘ I belong to the Lord’; others will call themselves by the name of Jacob; still others will write on their hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and will take the name Israel.

Some will say,‘ We belong to the Lord.’ Others will call themselves by Jacob’s name. Still others will write on their hands,‘ We belong to the Lord.’ And they will be called by the name of Israel.

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s,’ another will call on the name of Jacob, and another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

Some will proudly claim,‘ I belong to the Lord.’ Others will say,‘ I am a descendant of Jacob.’ Some will write the Lord’s name on their hands and will take the name of Israel as their own.”

This one will say,‘ I am the LORD’s’; another will use the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ and take on the name of Israel.”

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; And that one will call on the name of Jacob; And another will write on his hand,‘ Belonging to the Lord,’ And will give himself Israel’s name with honor.

One will say,‘ I am the LORD’s’; Another will call himself by the name of Jacob; Another will write with his hand,‘ The LORD’s,’ And name himself by the name of Israel.

One shall say, I am Jehovah’s; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto Jehovah, and surname himself by the name of Israel.

This one will say,‘ I am the Lord’s’; another will call himself by the name of Jacob; still another will write on his hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and name himself by the name of Israel.”

One shall say, I[ am] the LORD’S; and another shall call[ himself] by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe[ with] his hand unto the LORD, and surname[ himself] by the name of Israel.

One will say,‘ I am Yahweh’s;’ and another will be called by the name of Jacob; and another will write with his hand‘ to Yahweh,’ and honor the name of Israel.”

Many nations will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. (niv)

They will ask the way to Zion and turn their faces toward it. They will come and bind themselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten. (niv)

This observance will be for you like a sign on your hand and a reminder on your forehead that this law of the Lord is to be on your lips. For the Lord brought you out of Egypt with his mighty hand. (niv)

This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say,‘ They are my people,’ and they will say,‘ The Lord is our God.’” (niv)

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come,and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say,‘ Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going.’And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.”This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say,‘ Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’” (niv)

And they exceeded our expectations: They gave themselves first of all to the Lord, and then by the will of God also to us. (niv)

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. (niv)

“ In view of all this, we are making a binding agreement, putting it in writing, and our leaders, our Levites and our priests are affixing their seals to it.”Those who sealed it were: Nehemiah the governor, the son of Hakaliah. Zedekiah,Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,Pashhur, Amariah, Malkijah,Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluk,Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,Maaziah, Bilgai and Shemaiah. These were the priests.The Levites: Jeshua son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel,and their associates: Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,Mika, Rehob, Hashabiah,Zakkur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,Hodiah, Bani and Beninu.The leaders of the people: Parosh, Pahath-Moab, Elam, Zattu, Bani,Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin,Ater, Hezekiah, Azzur,Hodiah, Hashum, Bezai,Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,Meshezabel, Zadok, Jaddua,Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,Hoshea, Hananiah, Hasshub,Hallohesh, Pilha, Shobek,Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,Ahiah, Hanan, Anan,Malluk, Harim and Baanah.“ The rest of the people— priests, Levites, gatekeepers, musicians, temple servants and all who separated themselves from the neighboring peoples for the sake of the Law of God, together with their wives and all their sons and daughters who are able to understand—all these now join their fellow Israelites the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the Lord our Lord. (niv)

You have declared this day that the Lord is your God and that you will walk in obedience to him, that you will keep his decrees, commands and laws— that you will listen to him.And the Lord has declared this day that you are his people, his treasured possession as he promised, and that you are to keep all his commands.He has declared that he will set you in praise, fame and honor high above all the nations he has made and that you will be a people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised. (niv)

Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule— to the Israel of God. (niv)
