然後又用剩下的一半做了一個神明，就是雕刻的偶像，向這偶像俯伏叩拜，向它禱告說：「求你拯救我，因你是我的神明。」

他用另一半木头造了一个神，一个偶像，向它俯伏叩拜、祷告说：“你是我的神明，求你拯救我。”

尚有餘木、用之造神、以為雕像、俯伏拜之、禱曰、爾其救予、蓋爾為我神也、

更有餘木、以製偶像、以像上帝、俯伏而拜、禱曰、誠我上帝、爾其救予、

所餘即作神像偶像、俯伏其前叩拜、禱之曰、求爾救我、因爾即我神、

From the rest he makes a god, his idol; he bows down to it and worships. He prays to it and says,“ Save me! You are my god!”

From the rest of the wood he makes a statue. It becomes his god. He bows down and worships it. He prays to it. He says,“ Save me! You are my god!”

And the rest of it he makes into a god, his idol, and falls down to it and worships it. He prays to it and says,“ Deliver me, for you are my god!”

Then he takes what’s left and makes his god: a carved idol! He falls down in front of it, worshiping and praying to it.“ Rescue me!” he says.“ You are my god!”

He makes a god or his idol with the rest of it. He bows down to it and worships; he prays to it,“ Save me, for you are my god.”

Yet the rest of it he makes into a god, his carved image. He bows down before it and worships; he also prays to it and says,“ Save me, for you are my god.”

And the rest of it he makes into a god, His carved image. He falls down before it and worships it, Prays to it and says,“ Deliver me, for you are my god!”

And the residue thereof he maketh a god, even his graven image; he falleth down unto it and worshippeth, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.

He makes a god or his idol with the rest of it. He bows down to it and worships; He prays to it,“ Save me, for you are my god.”

The rest of it he makes into a god, even his engraved image. He bows down to it and worships, and prays to it, and says,“ Deliver me; for you are my god!”

「你們從列國逃脫的人，要一同聚集前來。那些抬着雕刻的木偶、祈求不能救人之神明的，毫無知識。

即便如此，我們所事奉的神能將我們從烈火的窰中救出來。王啊，他必救我們脫離你的手；

臨近坑邊，哀聲呼叫但以理。王對但以理說：「永生神的僕人但以理啊，你經常事奉的神能救你脫離獅子嗎？」但以理對王說：「願王萬歲！我的神差遣使者封住獅子的口，叫獅子不傷我，因我在神面前無辜。王啊，在你面前我也沒有做過任何虧損的事。」

他們把所給他們的牛犢預備好了，從早晨到中午，求告巴力的名說：「巴力啊，求你應允我們！」卻沒有聲音，也沒有回應。他們就在所築的壇四圍蹦跳。

哈馬和亞珥拔的神明在哪裏呢？西法瓦音的神明在哪裏呢？它們曾救撒瑪利亞脫離我的手嗎？這些國的神明有誰曾救自己的國家脫離我的手呢？難道耶和華能救耶路撒冷脫離我的手嗎？』」

於是王下令，人就把但以理帶來，扔在獅子坑中。王對但以理說：「你經常事奉的神，他必拯救你。」

一日，他在他的神明尼斯洛廟裏叩拜，他兒子亞得米勒和沙利色用刀殺了他，然後逃到亞拉臘地；他兒子以撒‧哈頓接續他作王。

他庇護，搭救，在天上地下施行神蹟奇事，救了但以理脫離獅子的口。」

現在我降旨，無論何方、何國、何族，凡有人毀謗沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的神，他必被凌遲，他的房屋必成糞堆，因為沒有別神能像這樣施行拯救。」
