But now, this is what the Lord says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel:“ Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.

Family of Jacob, the Lord created you. People of Israel, he formed you. He says,“ Do not be afraid. I will set you free. I will send for you by name. You belong to me.

But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel:“ Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.

This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say,‘ They are my people,’ and they will say,‘ The Lord is our God.’” (niv)

everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.” (niv)

“ Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.For your Maker is your husband— the Lord Almighty is his name— the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of all the earth. who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. (niv)

I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.For the sake of Jacob my servant, of Israel my chosen, I summon you by name and bestow on you a title of honor, though you do not acknowledge me. Do not be afraid, you worm Jacob, little Israel, do not fear, for I myself will help you,” declares the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. (niv)

And they sang a new song, saying:“ You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. (niv)

Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. (niv)

But God found fault with the people and said:“ The days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.It will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they did not remain faithful to my covenant, and I turned away from them, declares the Lord.This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. (niv)

“ I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, (niv)

the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise. (niv)

This is what the Lord says— he who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you: Do not be afraid, Jacob, my servant, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen. (niv)

The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying:“ I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness. (niv)

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (niv)

So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me. (niv)

Then the man said,“ Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.” (niv)

“‘ Later I passed by, and when I looked at you and saw that you were old enough for love, I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your naked body. I gave you my solemn oath and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Sovereign Lord, and you became mine. (niv)

Yet their Redeemer is strong; the Lord Almighty is his name. He will vigorously defend their cause so that he may bring rest to their land, but unrest to those who live in Babylon. (niv)

Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the Lord: (niv)

And the Lord said to Moses,“ I will do the very thing you have asked, because I am pleased with you and I know you by name.” (niv)

“ On the day when I act,” says the Lord Almighty,“ they will be my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as a father has compassion and spares his son who serves him. (niv)

“ Remember these things, Jacob, for you, Israel, are my servant. I have made you, you are my servant; Israel, I will not forget you.I have swept away your offenses like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.”Sing for joy, you heavens, for the Lord has done this; shout aloud, you earth beneath. Burst into song, you mountains, you forests and all your trees, for the Lord has redeemed Jacob, he displays his glory in Israel.“ This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the Lord, the Maker of all things, who stretches out the heavens, who spreads out the earth by myself, (niv)

Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription:“ The Lord knows those who are his,” and,“ Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.” (niv)

For the Lord’s portion is his people, Jacob his allotted inheritance. (niv)

They will be called the Holy People, the Redeemed of the Lord; and you will be called Sought After, the City No Longer Deserted. (niv)

Some will say,‘ I belong to the Lord’; others will call themselves by the name of Jacob; still others will write on their hand,‘ The Lord’s,’ and will take the name Israel.“ This is what the Lord says— Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God. (niv)

This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:“ I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. (niv)

Listen to me, you islands; hear this, you distant nations: Before I was born the Lord called me; from my mother’s womb he has spoken my name. (niv)

This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:“ For your sake I will send to Babylon and bring down as fugitives all the Babylonians, in the ships in which they took pride.I am the Lord, your Holy One, Israel’s Creator, your King.” (niv)

In your unfailing love you will lead the people you have redeemed. In your strength you will guide them to your holy dwelling. (niv)

Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine,you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites.” (niv)

then I will reject the descendants of Jacob and David my servant and will not choose one of his sons to rule over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. For I will restore their fortunes and have compassion on them.’” (niv)

“ Have you not noticed that these people are saying,‘ The Lord has rejected the two kingdoms he chose’? So they despise my people and no longer regard them as a nation. (niv)

No lion will be there, nor any ravenous beast; they will not be found there. But only the redeemed will walk there,and those the Lord has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. (niv)

But you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us or Israel acknowledge us; you, Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name. (niv)

When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and the storm continued raging, we finally gave up all hope of being saved. (niv)
