那时，公平要居在旷野；公义要居在肥田。

基达的羊群都必聚集到你这里，尼拜约的公羊要供你使用，在我坛上必蒙悦纳；我必荣耀我荣耀的殿。

他要执掌权柄，从这海直到那海，从大河直到地极。住在旷野的，必在他面前下拜；他的仇敌必要舔土。他施和海岛的王要进贡；示巴和西巴的王要献礼物。

那时，瘸子必跳跃像鹿；哑巴的舌头必能歌唱。在旷野必有水发出；在沙漠必有河涌流。

我要在净光的高处开江河，在谷中开泉源；我要使沙漠变为水池，使干地变为涌泉。我要在旷野种上香柏树、皂荚树、番石榴树，和野橄榄树。我在沙漠要把松树、杉树，并黄杨树一同栽植；

看哪，有报好信传平安之人的脚登山，说：“犹大啊，可以守你的节期，还你所许的愿吧！因为那恶人不再从你中间经过，他已灭绝净尽了。”

主对我这样说：“一年之内，照雇工的年数，基达的一切荣耀必归于无有。

你们当将羊羔奉给那地掌权的，从西拉往旷野，送到锡安城的山。

我寄居在米设，住在基达帐棚之中，有祸了！

那报佳音，传平安，报好信，传救恩的，对锡安说：“你的神作王了！”这人的脚登山何等佳美！

耶和华对她说：“两国在你腹内；两族要从你身上出来。这族必强于那族；将来大的要服侍小的。”

看哪，我要做一件新事；如今要发现，你们岂不知道吗？我必在旷野开道路，在沙漠开江河。

摩押的居民哪，要离开城邑，住在山崖里，像鸽子在深渊口上搭窝。

有人声喊着说：“在旷野预备耶和华的路，在沙漠地修平我们神的道。

旷野和干旱之地必然欢喜；沙漠也必快乐；又像玫瑰开花，

住在山穴中据守山顶的啊，论到你的威吓，你因心中的狂傲自欺；你虽如大鹰高高搭窝，我却从那里拉下你来。这是耶和华说的。

耶和华说：住山谷和平原磐石上的居民，你们说：‘谁能下来攻击我们？谁能进入我们的住处呢？’看哪，我与你们为敌。

住在山穴中、居所在高处的啊，你因狂傲自欺，心里说：‘谁能将我拉下地去呢？’
