惟彼籲籲或作宣告我名者、我激之來自北方、自日出之鄉而至、以蹂躪侯伯、猶如泥土、如陶人之踐泥然、

“我从北方兴起一人；他是求告我名的，从日出之地而来。他必临到掌权的，好像临到灰泥，仿佛窑匠踹泥一样。

我从北方兴起一人，他从日出之地而来，是求告我名的；他必踩踏掌权者，如踩踏泥土，又如陶匠踹泥一般。

我自北方興起一人、呼籲我名、彼自日出之鄉而至、將踐牧伯如土、若陶人之躪泥、

我使義人崛興、自北而至、亦在日出之鄉、以籲我名、糜爛牧伯、如匠人之擣土、如陶人之躪泥、

“ I have stirred up one from the north, and he comes— one from the rising sun who calls on my name. He treads on rulers as if they were mortar, as if he were a potter treading the clay.

“ I have stirred up a king who will come from the north. He lives in the east. He will bring honor to me. He walks all over rulers as if they were mud. He steps on them just as a potter stomps on clay.

I stirred up one from the north, and he has come, from the rising of the sun, and he shall call upon my name; he shall trample on rulers as on mortar, as the potter treads clay.

“ But I have stirred up a leader who will approach from the north. From the east he will call on my name. I will give him victory over kings and princes. He will trample them as a potter treads on clay.

“ I have stirred up one from the north, and he has come, one from the east who invokes my name. He will march over rulers as if they were mud, like a potter who treads the clay.

“ I have put one from the north into motion, and he has come; From the rising of the sun he will call on My name; And he will come upon rulers as upon mortar, As the potter treads on clay.”

“ I have raised up one from the north, And he shall come; From the rising of the sun he shall call on My name; And he shall come against princes as though mortar, As the potter treads clay.

I have raised up one from the north, and he is come; from the rising of the sun one that calleth upon my name: and he shall come upon rulers as upon mortar, and as the potter treadeth clay.

我擣之細微如地之塵、踐之如衢市之泥、而又傾之、

我敵見此、必蒙羞抱愧、彼問我云、爾之天主耶和華安在、我必目睹我敵遭報、因我敵遭蹂躪、如衢路之泥然、

戰爭之時、必若英豪、蹂躪敵人、若街衢之泥土、戰爭必蒙主祐、必使乘馬者抱愧、

我彰顯仁義、使古列興起、使其道途平直、彼必復建我邑、釋我被擄之民、不欲贖金、不圖賞賚、此乃萬有之主所言、

當於斯地樹旗、在各國吹角、使各族來攻之、當會集亞拉臘、米尼、亞實基拿諸邦、立軍長、使馬軍俱至、若蝗眾多、招集諸族、瑪代君王、侯伯、將帥、及其即瑪代王所轄之諸國、悉來攻巴比倫、地必震撼、蓋主為巴比倫所定之旨已成、使巴比倫地荒蕪、無人居處、

我得關係重災之默示、欺者行其欺、虐者行其虐、以攔歟、爾當往、瑪代歟、爾當圍困、主云、凡其一切嗟歎、我皆使之止息、

巴西王古列如是云、主天上之天主、以天下萬國賜我、命我在猶大之耶路撒冷、為之建殿、凡爾曹屬主之民者、願其天主祐之、可上猶大之耶路撒冷、為主以色列之天主、即居耶路撒冷之天主、建造殿宇、

論古列曰、彼為我所立之牧、以成凡我所悅者、彼將命復建耶路撒冷、復立聖殿之基、受膏王古列、為我耶和華所立、我扶其右手、使列國降服其前、使諸王柔弱無力、使諸邑門啟於其前、不得閉之、我對之如是曰、我行於爾前、使曲為直、為爾毀銅門、斷鐵楗、必以暗中之貨財、及藏於密處之寶物賜爾、使爾知題爾名者、題爾名者或作呼爾名以召爾者乃我耶和華以色列之天主、緣我僕雅各、及我所選之以色列故、我題爾名、爾雖不識我、我亦稱道爾、我乃主、我之外無神可敬、我之外別無天主、爾雖不識我、我亦堅固爾、使東方西方萬民、咸知我之外別無天主、我乃主、別無神可敬、

民自北至、攻巴比倫、使其地荒蕪、無人居處、自人至畜、皆逃遁、皆去矣、

我自始而示終、在昔時預言未成之事、我言我之謀必立、凡我所悅者、我必成之、召彼鷙鳥、至自東土、召我所命定之人、來自遠方、我言既出必成之、我謀既定必行之、
