那创造诸天，展开穹苍，铺张大地和大地所出的一切，赐气息给地上的众人，又赐灵性给在地上行的人的耶和华神这样说：

在那里我们看见了巨人，就是亚衲人的子孙，是巨人的后裔；我们看自己好像是蚱蜢，他们看我们也是这样。”

他独自铺开苍天，步行在海浪之上；

你的救赎主，就是那在母胎中就造了你的耶和华这样说：“我耶和华是创造万物的，我是独自展开诸天，铺张大地的。

歌颂那乘驾在自古就有的众天之上的主；看哪！他发出了强而有力的声音。

耶和华用自己的能力创造了大地，用自己的智慧坚立了世界，又用自己的聪明展开了诸天。

密云把他遮盖，使他不能看见我们；他在天上的圆圈上面走来走去。’

万国在他跟前好像不存在，在他看来，只是乌有和虚空。

又说：“主啊！你起初立了地的根基，天也是你手的工作。天地都要毁灭，你却长存；天地都要像衣服一样渐渐残旧，你要把天地像外套一样卷起来，天地就像衣服一样被更换；只有你永不改变，你的年数也没有穷尽。”

你忘记了造你的耶和华，就是那展开诸天，奠定大地的根基的；又因那欺压者准备行毁灭的时候所发的烈怒，你就终日不住惧怕呢？其实那欺压者的烈怒在哪里呢？

谁能明白云彩的展开，和神行宫的雷声呢？

他立定诸天的时候，我在那里；他在渊面上界划地平线的时候，我在那里；

你起初立了地的根基；天也是你手的工作。天地都要毁灭，你却长存；天地都要像衣服一样渐渐残旧；你要更换天地如同更换衣物一样，天地就被更换。

耶和华坐在洪水之上，耶和华坐着为王直到永远。

我奠定大地根基的时候，你在哪里呢？你若有聪明，就只管说吧。你一定晓得是谁定大地的尺度，是谁把准绳拉在大地之上？地的基础奠在哪里，地的角石是谁安放的？那时晨星一起歌唱，神的众子也都欢呼。海水冲出如婴孩出母胎，那时谁用门把海水关闭呢？是我以云彩当作海的衣服，以幽暗当作包裹海的布；

那坐在天上的必发笑，主必讥笑他们。

看哪！万国都像水桶里的一滴，又被看作天平上的微尘。看哪！他举起众海岛，好像微细之物。

关于埃及的默示：看哪！耶和华驾着轻快的云，来到埃及；埃及的偶像在他面前战兢，埃及人的心都惊怕。

以下是耶和华的默示，这是耶和华论到以色列的话（是耶和华的宣告，他铺张诸天，奠定大地的根基，造成人里面的灵）：

你能与神同铺云天吗？这云天坚硬如铸成的镜子。
