难道你忘记了创造你、铺展穹苍、奠立大地根基的耶和华吗？难道因为试图毁灭你的欺压者大发怒气，你就整天惊恐不安吗？他们的怒气如今在哪里呢？

谁能明白云层的铺展，及祂幔幕发出的雷声？

祂铺设诸天的时候，我已在场。祂在深渊上画出地平线，

太初你奠立大地的根基，亲手创造诸天。天地都要消亡，但你永远长存。天地都会像外衣渐渐破旧，你必更换天地，如同更换衣服，天地都要消逝。

耶和华坐在洪涛之上，耶和华永远坐着为王。

“我立大地根基的时候，你在哪里？你若那么聪明，请告诉我。你可知道谁为大地定的尺寸？谁用准绳把它丈量？是什么支撑大地的根基？谁为它安放的基石？当时晨星齐声歌唱，众天使都发出欢呼。“大海从母胎奔腾而出时，谁为它划定界限？是我为大海披上云彩，为它裹上厚厚的幽暗。

坐在天上宝座上的主必笑他们，祂必嘲笑他们。

看啊，列国就像水桶中的一滴水，又如天平上的尘埃。祂举起众海岛，好像捧起微尘。
