then the Lord will create over the entire area of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, and smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy.

於是主在遍郇山、及其上一切民會之所、使晝有雲煙、夜有火焰之光輝、凡得尊榮者、必蒙護庇、凡得尊榮者必蒙護庇或作在諸榮華之上將有覆幬

Then the Lord will create over all of Mount Zion and over those who assemble there a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of flaming fire by night; over everything the glory will be a canopy.

Then the Lord will create over Jerusalem a cloud of smoke by day. He will also create a glow of flaming fire at night. The cloud and fire will appear over all of Mount Zion. They will also appear over the people who gather together there. The Lord’ s glory will be like a tent over everything.

Then the Lord will create over the whole site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, and smoke and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory there will be a canopy.

Then the Lord will provide shade for Mount Zion and all who assemble there. He will provide a canopy of cloud during the day and smoke and flaming fire at night, covering the glorious land.

Then the LORD will create a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night over the entire site of Mount Zion and over its assemblies. For there will be a canopy over all the glory,

then the Lord will create above every dwelling place of Mount Zion, and above her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of a flaming fire by night. For over all the glory there will be a covering.

And Jehovah will create over the whole habitation of mount Zion, and over her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory shall be spread a covering.

Then the Lord will create a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night over the entire site of Mount Zion and over its assemblies. For there will be a canopy over all the glory,

And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory[ shall be] a defence.

Then the LORD will create over all of Mount Zion and over its convocations a cloud and smoke by day and a bright flame of fire by night; indeed a canopy will accompany the LORD’s glorious presence.

Yahweh will create over the whole habitation of Mount Zion and over her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night, for over all the glory will be a canopy.

And the Lord was going before them in a pillar of cloud by day to lead them on the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, so that they might travel by day and by night.He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from the presence of the people.

And with a pillar of cloud You led them by day, And with a pillar of fire by night To light for them the way In which they were to go.

Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.And Moses was not able to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud had settled on it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.Throughout their journeys, whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the sons of Israel would set out;but if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not set out until the day when it was taken up.For throughout their journeys, the cloud of the Lord was on the tabernacle by day, and there was fire in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel.

Now on the day that the tabernacle was erected, the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony, and in the evening it was like the appearance of fire over the tabernacle until morning.That is how it was continuously; the cloud would cover it by day, and the appearance of fire by night.Whenever the cloud was lifted from over the tent, afterward the sons of Israel would set out; and in the place where the cloud settled down, there the sons of Israel would camp.At the command of the Lord the sons of Israel would set out, and at the command of the Lord they would camp; as long as the cloud settled over the tabernacle, they remained camped.Even when the cloud lingered over the tabernacle for many days, the sons of Israel would comply with the Lord’s ordinance and not set out.If sometimes the cloud remained a few days over the tabernacle, in accordance with the command of the Lord they remained camped. Then in accordance with the command of the Lord they set out.If sometimes the cloud remained from evening until morning, when the cloud was lifted in the morning they would set out; or if it remained in the daytime and at night, whenever the cloud was lifted, they would set out.Whether it was two days, a month, or a year that the cloud lingered over the tabernacle, staying above it, the sons of Israel remained camped and did not set out; but when it was lifted, they did set out.

Look at Zion, the city of our appointed feasts; Your eyes will see Jerusalem, an undisturbed settlement, A tent which will not be folded; Its stakes will never be pulled up, Nor any of its ropes be torn apart.

Then He led them with the cloud by day And all the night with a light of fire.

I bring near My righteousness, it is not far off; And My salvation will not delay. And I will grant salvation in Zion, And My glory for Israel.

‘ For I will protect this city to save it for My own sake, and for My servant David’s sake.’ ”

But at the morning watch, the Lord looked down on the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud, and brought the army of the Egyptians into confusion.

“ Then you shall make curtains of goats’ hair as a tent over the tabernacle; you shall make eleven curtains in all.

Then the angel of God, who had been going before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud moved from before them and stood behind them.So it came between the camp of Egypt and the camp of Israel; and there was the cloud along with the darkness, yet it gave light at night. Therefore the one did not approach the other all night.

But I,’ declares the Lord,‘ will be a wall of fire to her on all sides, and I will be the glory in her midst.’ ”“ You there! Flee from the land of the north,” declares the Lord,“ because I have spread you out like the four winds of the heavens,” declares the Lord.“ You, Zion! Escape, you who are living with the daughter of Babylon.”For the Lord of armies says this:“ After glory He has sent me against the nations that plunder you, for the one who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.For behold, I am going to wave My hand over them so that they will be plunder for their slaves. Then you will know that the Lord of armies has sent Me.Shout for joy and rejoice, daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” declares the Lord.

“ Moreover, you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twisted linen and violet, purple, and scarlet material; you shall make them with cherubim, the work of a skilled embroiderer.

The Lord loves the gates of Zion More than all the other dwelling places of Jacob.Glorious things are spoken of you, City of God. Selah

teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Then my people will live in a peaceful settlement, In secure dwellings, and in undisturbed resting places;

Certainly His salvation is near to those who fear Him, That glory may dwell in our land.

Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart, In the company of the upright and in the assembly.

For this is what the Lord says to me:“ As the lion or the young lion growls over his prey, Against which a band of shepherds is called out, And he will not be terrified at their voice nor disturbed at their noise, So will the Lord of armies come down to wage war on Mount Zion and on its hill.”Like flying birds so the Lord of armies will protect Jerusalem. He will protect and save it; He will pass over and rescue it.

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.

A God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones, And awesome above all those who are around Him?

For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.”
