they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

耶和华的名是坚固的高台，义人投奔，就得安全。

你要倚靠耶和华，并要行善；你要住在地上，以信实为粮食。

耶和华说：“因为他恋慕我，我必搭救他；因为他认识我的名，我必保护他。

住在至高者的隐密处的，必在全能者的荫庇下安居。我要对耶和华说：“你是我的避难所，我的保障，你是我的神，我所倚靠的。”他必救你脱离捕鸟的人的网罗，脱离致命的瘟疫。他必用自己的羽毛遮盖你，你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的信实像盾牌，像坚垒。你不必害怕黑夜的惊恐，或是白日的飞箭；也不必害怕黑暗中流行的瘟疫，或是在正午把人毁灭的毒病。虽有千人仆倒在你的左边，万人仆倒在你的右边，但灾害必不临近你。不过你要亲眼观看，看见恶人遭报。你既然把耶和华当作自己的避难所，把至高者当作自己的居所，祸患必不临到你，灾害必不临近你的帐棚。

耶和华的眼睛看顾敬畏他的人，和那些仰望他慈爱的人；

他却把贫穷的人安置在高处，免受苦难，使他的家族繁衍，好像羊群。

他们必不饥饿，也不口渴，炎热和太阳必不伤害他们，因为那怜悯他们的，要引领他们，带领他们到水泉的旁边。

到那日，在犹大地必有人唱这歌：“我们有座坚固的城；耶和华把救恩作为城墙和外郭。打开城门吧！好让公义和信实的国民，可以进入。专心倚靠你的，你必保护他一切平安，因为他倚靠你。你们要倚靠耶和华，直到永远，因为耶和华是永存的磐石。他使那些骄傲的降卑，使那些高耸的城败落；把它拆毁，散在地上，变作尘土。

主耶和华是我的力量，他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄，在高地上行走。交诗班长，用丝弦的乐器伴奏。
