他必飞去如梦，不再寻见，速被赶去，如夜间的异象。

现在有许多国的民聚集攻击你，说：“愿锡安被玷污！愿我们亲眼见她遭报！”他们却不知道耶和华的意念，也不明白他的筹划。他聚集他们，好像把禾捆聚到禾场一样。

那日，我必定意灭绝来攻击耶路撒冷各国的民。

耶和华用灾殃攻击那与耶路撒冷争战的列国人，必是这样：他们两脚站立的时候，肉必消没，眼在眶中干瘪，舌在口中溃烂。那日，耶和华必使他们大大扰乱。他们各人彼此揪住，举手攻击。犹大也必在耶路撒冷争战。那时四围各国的财物，就是许多金银衣服，必被收聚。那临到马匹、骡子、骆驼、驴，和营中一切牲畜的灾殃是与那灾殃一般。

那日，我必使耶路撒冷向聚集攻击他的万民当作一块重石头；凡举起的必受重伤。耶和华说：到那日，我必使一切马匹惊惶，使骑马的癫狂。我必看顾犹大家，使列国的一切马匹瞎眼。犹大的族长必心里说：‘耶路撒冷的居民倚靠万军之耶和华他们的神，就作我们的能力。’

人睡醒了，怎样看梦；主啊，你醒了也必照样轻看他们的影像。

出来要迷惑地上四方的列国，就是歌革和玛各，叫他们聚集争战。他们的人数多如海沙。他们上来遍满了全地，围住圣徒的营与蒙爱的城，就有火从天降下，烧灭了他们。

到晚上有惊吓，未到早晨他们就没有了。这是掳掠我们之人所得的份，是抢夺我们之人的报应。

“凡向你发怒的必都抱愧蒙羞；与你相争的必如无有，并要灭亡。与你争竞的，你要找他们也找不着；与你争战的必如无有，成为虚无。

海水涨起，漫过巴比伦；他被许多海浪遮盖。他的城邑变为荒场、旱地、沙漠，无人居住，无人经过之地。我必刑罚巴比伦的彼勒，使他吐出所吞的。万民必不再流归他那里；巴比伦的城墙也必坍塌了。

耶和华不轻易发怒，大有能力，万不以有罪的为无罪。他乘旋风和暴风而来，云彩为他脚下的尘土。他斥责海，使海干了，使一切江河干涸。巴珊和迦密的树林衰残；黎巴嫩的花草也衰残了。大山因他震动；小山也都消化。大地在他面前突起；世界和住在其间的也都如此。他发忿恨，谁能立得住呢？他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢？他的忿怒如火倾倒；磐石因他崩裂。耶和华本为善，在患难的日子为人的保障，并且认得那些投靠他的人。但他必以涨溢的洪水淹没尼尼微，又驱逐仇敌进入黑暗。尼尼微人哪，设何谋攻击耶和华呢？他必将你们灭绝净尽；灾难不再兴起。你们像丛杂的荆棘，像喝醉了的人，又如枯干的碎秸全然烧灭。有一人从你那里出来，图谋邪恶，设恶计攻击耶和华。耶和华如此说：“尼尼微虽然势力充足，人数繁多，也被剪除，归于无有。犹大啊，我虽然使你受苦，却不再使你受苦。

必有响声达到地极，因为耶和华与列国相争；凡有血气的，他必审问；至于恶人，他必交给刀剑。这是耶和华说的。’”万军之耶和华如此说：“看哪，必有灾祸从这国发到那国，并有大暴风从地极刮起。到那日，从地这边直到地那边都有耶和华所杀戮的。必无人哀哭，不得收殓，不得葬埋，必在地上成为粪土。

耶和华的使者出去，在亚述营中杀了十八万五千人。清早有人起来一看，都是死尸了。

耶和华的日子临近，你的财物必被抢掠，在你中间分散。因为我必聚集万国与耶路撒冷争战，城必被攻取，房屋被抢夺，妇女被玷污，城中的民一半被掳去；剩下的民仍在城中，不致剪除。那时，耶和华必出去与那些国争战，好像从前争战一样。
