He will help those who are fair when they judge. He will give strength to those who turn back their enemies at the city gate.

等到圣灵从高处浇灌我们，旷野将变为田园，田园看似森林。公平要居住在旷野，公义要安歇在田园。

耶和华的灵必住在他身上，就是智慧和聪明的灵，谋略和能力的灵，知识和敬畏耶和华的灵。他必以敬畏耶和华为乐；行审判不凭眼见，断是非也不凭耳闻；却要以公义审判贫寒人，以正直判断地上的困苦人，以口中的棍击打全地，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。

全以色列听见王这样判断，就都敬畏王，因为他们看见他心中有神的智慧，能够断案。

“我凭着自己不能做什么。我怎么听见就怎么审判，而我的审判是公平的，因为我不寻求自己的意愿，只寻求差我来那位的旨意。”

我岂没有吩咐你吗？你当刚强壮胆，不要惧怕，也不要惊惶，因为你无论往哪里去，耶和华你的神必与你同在。”

惟有那以力量束我的腰、使我行为完全的，他是神。他使我的脚快如母鹿，使我站稳在高处。他教导我的手能争战，我的膀臂能开铜造的弓。

有人藉着圣灵领受智慧的言语；有人也靠着同一位圣灵领受知识的言语；

王坐在审判的位上，以眼目驱散一切邪恶。

法老对臣仆说：“像这样的人，有神的灵在他里面，我们岂能找得着呢？”法老对约瑟说：“神既指示你这一切事，就没有人像你这样聪明又有智慧。

神啊，求你将你的公平赐给王，将你的公义赐给王的儿子。使他按公义审判你的子民，按公平审判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公义使百姓得享平安。他必为百姓中困苦的人伸冤，拯救贫穷之辈，压碎那欺压人的人。

“愿耶和华，赐万人气息的神，立一个人治理会众，可以在他们面前出入，引导他们进出，免得耶和华的会众如同没有牧人的羊群一般。”耶和华对摩西说：“嫩的儿子约书亚是一个有圣灵的人；你要领他来，为他按手，

耶和华对摩西说：“你要从以色列的长老中为我召集七十个人，就是你所认识，作百姓的长老和官长的，领他们到会幕，使他们和你一同站在那里。我要在那里降临，与你说话，把降给你的灵分给他们。他们就和你分担带领百姓的担子，免得你独自承担。

神所差来的说神的话，因为神所赐给他的圣灵是没有限量的。

因为与你们同去的是耶和华—你们的神，他要为你们与仇敌作战，拯救你们。’

神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

与他们同在的是血肉之臂，但与我们同在的是耶和华—我们的神，他必帮助我们，为我们争战。”百姓因犹大王希西家的话就得到鼓励。

万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所！
