因為主萬軍之耶和華定了一個日子，在「異象谷」必有騷亂、踐踏和驚擾——城牆被攻破，呼救聲達到山上。

是乃萬軍之主耶和華、使異象谷起紛擾、遭蹂躪、迷亂之日、城垣傾圮、呼聲徹於山嶽、

萬有之主耶和華、今在默示谷、降以大災、使民潰亂、遭敵人蹂躪、城垣傾圮、號呼之聲、徹於山岡。

蓋將有日、主萬有之天主、在默示谷、使民驚惶、遭敵人蹂躪而潰亂、城垣傾圮、哀號之聲、聞於山間、

The Lord, the Lord Almighty, has a day of tumult and trampling and terror in the Valley of Vision, a day of battering down walls and of crying out to the mountains.

The Lord who rules over all sent the noise of battle against you. The Lord brought disorder and terror to the Valley of Vision. The walls of the city were knocked down. Cries for help were heard in the mountains.

For the Lord God of hosts has a day of tumult and trampling and confusion in the valley of vision, a battering down of walls and a shouting to the mountains.

Oh, what a day of crushing defeat! What a day of confusion and terror brought by the Lord, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, upon the Valley of Vision! The walls of Jerusalem have been broken, and cries of death echo from the mountainsides.

For the Lord GOD of Armies had a day of tumult, trampling, and confusion in the Valley of Vision— people shouting and crying to the mountains;

For the Lord God of armies has a day of panic, subjugation, and confusion In the valley of vision, A breaking down of walls And a crying to the mountain.

For it is a day of trouble and treading down and perplexity By the Lord GOD of hosts In the Valley of Vision— Breaking down the walls And of crying to the mountain.

For it is a day of discomfiture, and of treading down, and of perplexity, from the Lord, Jehovah of hosts, in the valley of vision; a breaking down of the walls, and a crying to the mountains.

For the Lord God of Hosts had a day of tumult, trampling, and confusion in the Valley of Vision— people shouting and crying to the mountains;

For[ it is] a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord GOD of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains.

For the sovereign master, the LORD who commands armies, has planned a day of panic, defeat, and confusion. In the Valley of Vision people shout and cry out to the hill.

For it is a day of confusion, and of treading down, and of perplexity, from the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, in the valley of vision, a breaking down of the walls, and a crying to the mountains.”

我要差遣他去攻打一个不虔敬的国家，一个惹我发怒的民族，去抢夺、掳掠他们的财物，像践踏街上的泥土一样践踏他们。

对他说：“希西迦说，‘今日是遭难、蒙羞、受辱的日子，就像婴儿要出生，产妇却无力生产一样。

敌人做了她的主人，兴旺发达。因为她作恶多端，耶和华叫她饱受困苦，她的孩子被敌人掳去。

他们当中最好的不过是蒺藜，最正直的也不过是荆棘篱笆。你们的守望者所说的日子，就是你们受惩罚的日子已经来到。你们必惊慌失措。

主毫不留情地毁灭雅各一切的住处，祂在烈怒中夷平犹大的堡垒，让以色列及其首领蒙羞。

唉！无比可怕的日子快来了，那将是雅各子孙的苦难之日，但他们必得拯救。”

信差奉王的命令急忙上路，谕旨也在书珊城里颁布了。王和哈曼坐下饮酒，书珊城一片慌乱。

对他说：“希西迦说，‘今天是遭难、蒙羞、受辱的日子，就像婴儿要出生，产妇却无力生产一样。

到时候，人们会向大山说，‘倒在我们身上吧！’又会对小山说，‘遮盖我们吧！’

亚文的丘坛——以色列犯罪之地要被拆毁。他们的祭坛上要长满荆棘和蒺藜。他们要向高山说：“遮盖我们吧！”对小丘说：“倒在我们身上吧！”

以下是关于异象谷的预言：为什么你们全城的人都上到房顶呢？

盼望耶和华的日子到来的人有祸了！你们为什么盼望耶和华的日子呢？那日将带来黑暗，而非光明。你们的光景将好像人逃避狮子，却遇上了熊，逃回家里，手扶墙壁，又被蛇咬。耶和华的日子将充满黑暗，毫无光明，一片漆黑，毫无亮光。

他们哀求群山和岩石，说：“倒下来遮盖我们，将我们藏起来吧！我们不敢面对宝座上的那位和羔羊的烈怒啊！因为祂们发烈怒的大日子到了，谁能站得住呢？”

住在犹太地区的人要赶快逃到山上去，

“现在，我告诉你们我会怎样处理这葡萄园，我要除去篱笆，任它被毁坏；我要拆毁围墙，任它被践踏。

耶和华必伸手保护这山，但摩押人必被践踏，像干草被践踏在粪池中。

他率领的迦勒底军队拆毁了耶路撒冷四围的城墙。
