In that day, saith Jehovah of hosts, shall the nail that was fastened in a sure place give way; and it shall be hewn down, and fall; and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off; for Jehovah hath spoken it.

万军之耶和华说：当那日，钉在坚固处的钉子必压斜，被砍断落地；挂在其上的重担必被剪断。因为这是耶和华说的。”

万军之耶和华说：“到那日，牢牢钉在坚固之处的钉子必松动，被砍落在地上，挂在上面的东西必被除掉。这是耶和华说的。”

万军之耶和华说：‘到那日，那钉在稳固地方的钉子必垂下来，被砍断坠落；那挂在上面的担子必被砍掉，因为这是耶和华说的。’”

万军之耶和华宣告：“到那日，那钉在牢固地方的橛子必松脱、被砍断坠落，挂在其上的负载也必被除掉！”这是耶和华说的。

萬軍之耶和華說：當那日，釘在堅固處的釘子必壓斜，被砍斷落地；掛在其上的重擔必被剪斷。因為這是耶和華說的。」

萬軍之耶和華說：‘到那日，那釘在穩固地方的釘子必垂下來，被砍斷墜落；那掛在上面的擔子必被砍掉，因為這是耶和華說的。’”

萬軍之永恆主發神諭說：『當那日子、那釘在穩固之處的木橛子必支持不住而彎垂下來；它必被砍斷而墮落地；那掛在上頭的擔子必被剪斷；因為這是永恆主說的。』

萬軍之耶和華宣告：「到那日，那釘在牢固地方的橛子必鬆脫、被砍斷墜落，掛在其上的負載也必被除掉！」這是耶和華說的。

萬軍之耶和華曰、是日也、釘於堅處之釘不牢、被擊而墜、懸於其上者見絕、耶和華言之矣、

萬有之主耶和華曰、維爾設拿、雖釘釘於柱、亦必不堅、所懸之物必墮、我耶和華已言之矣。

萬有之主曰、當是日釘於堅固處之釘必除、見折而墮、懸於其上之物、悉必毀折、蓋主言之矣、

“ In that day,” declares the Lord Almighty,“ the peg driven into the firm place will give way; it will be sheared off and will fall, and the load hanging on it will be cut down.” The Lord has spoken.

“‘ But a new day is coming,’ ” announces the Lord who rules over all.“‘ At that time the peg that was driven into the wall will give way. It will break off and fall down. And the heavy load hanging on it will also fall.’ ” The Lord has spoken.

In that day, declares the Lord of hosts, the peg that was fastened in a secure place will give way, and it will be cut down and fall, and the load that was on it will be cut off, for the Lord has spoken.”

But the Lord of Heaven’s Armies also says:“ The time will come when I will pull out the nail that seemed so firm. It will come out and fall to the ground. Everything it supports will fall with it. I, the Lord, have spoken!”

On that day”— the declaration of the LORD of Armies—“ the peg that was driven into a firm place will give way, be cut off, and fall, and the load on it will be destroyed.” Indeed, the LORD has spoken.

On that day,” declares the Lord of armies,“ the peg driven into a firm place will give way; it will even break off and fall, and the load that is hanging on it will be cut off, for the Lord has spoken.”

In that day,’ says the Lord of hosts,‘ the peg that is fastened in the secure place will be removed and be cut down and fall, and the burden that was on it will be cut off; for the Lord has spoken.’”

On that day”— the declaration of the Lord of Hosts—“ the peg that was driven into a firm place will give way, be cut off, and fall, and the load on it will be destroyed.” Indeed, the Lord has spoken.

“ At that time,” says the LORD who commands armies,“ the peg fastened into a solid place will come loose. It will be cut off and fall, and the load hanging on it will be cut off.” Indeed, the LORD has spoken.

“ In that day,” says Yahweh of Armies,“ the nail that was fastened in a sure place will give way. It will be cut down and fall. The burden that was on it will be cut off, for Yahweh has spoken it.”

But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig- tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of Jehovah of hosts hath spoken it.

calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country; yea, I have spoken, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed, I will also do it.

because Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, the enemy of all the Jews, had plotted against the Jews to destroy them, and had cast Pur, that is the lot, to consume them, and to destroy them;but when the matter came before the king, he commanded by letters that his wicked device, which he had devised against the Jews, should return upon his own head, and that he and his sons should be hanged on the gallows.

And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a throne of glory to his father’s house.

God will likewise destroy thee for ever; He will take thee up, and pluck thee out of thy tent, And root thee out of the land of the living.[ Selah

So it shall be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment, unto the nations that are round about thee, when I shall execute judgments on thee in anger and in wrath, and in wrathful rebukes( I, Jehovah, have spoken it);

Thus shall mine anger be accomplished, and I will cause my wrath toward them to rest, and I shall be comforted: and they shall know that I, Jehovah, have spoken in my zeal, when I have accomplished my wrath upon them.

And the Jews smote all their enemies with the stroke of the sword, and with slaughter and destruction, and did what they would unto them that hated them.And in Shushan the palace the Jews slew and destroyed five hundred men.And Parshandatha, and Dalphon, and Aspatha,and Poratha, and Adalia, and Aridatha,and Parmashta, and Arisai, and Aridai, and Vaizatha,the ten sons of Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Jews’ enemy, slew they; but on the spoil they laid not their hand.On that day the number of those that were slain in Shushan the palace was brought before the king.And the king said unto Esther the queen, The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred men in Shushan the palace, and the ten sons of Haman; what then have they done in the rest of the king’s provinces! Now what is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: or what is thy request further? and it shall be done.Then said Esther, If it please the king, let it be granted to the Jews that are in Shushan to do to- morrow also according unto this day’s decree, and let Haman’s ten sons be hanged upon the gallows.And the king commanded it so to be done: and a decree was given out in Shushan; and they hanged Haman’s ten sons.

For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black; because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and I have not repented, neither will I turn back from it.

Thus saith Jehovah: Cursed is the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from Jehovah.For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh, but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, a salt land and not inhabited.

Put not your trust in princes, Nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

and I will send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall bereave thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee: I, Jehovah, have spoken it.

I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him; I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.

Thus saith the Lord, Jehovah of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, who is over the house, and say,What doest thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out here a sepulchre? hewing him out a sepulchre on high, graving a habitation for himself in the rock!
