though on the day you set them out, you make them grow, and on the morning when you plant them, you bring them to bud, yet the harvest will be as nothing in the day of disease and incurable pain.

The plants might start to grow on the day you set them out. The vines might begin to bud on the morning you plant them. But even if they do, there won’t be any harvest. Instead, there will be sickness and pain that won’t go away.

though you make them grow on the day that you plant them, and make them blossom in the morning that you sow, yet the harvest will flee away in a day of grief and incurable pain.

They may sprout on the day you set them out; yes, they may blossom on the very morning you plant them, but you will never pick any grapes from them. Your only harvest will be a load of grief and unrelieved pain.

早晨发芽生长，晚上割下枯干。

以色列啊，不要欢喜，像万民一样快乐；因为你行淫离弃你的上帝，喜爱各禾场上卖淫所得的赏金。禾场和压酒池都不足以喂养他们，它的新酒也必缺乏。他们必不得住耶和华的地；以法莲却要返回埃及，在亚述吃不洁净的食物。他们必不得向耶和华献浇酒祭，所献的祭也不蒙悦纳。他们的祭物如居丧者的食物，凡吃的必使自己玷污；因为他们的食物只为自己的口腹，必不得入耶和华的殿。

但是那些自私自利、不顺从真理、反顺从不义的人，就有恼恨、愤怒报应他们。他要把患难、困苦加给一切作恶的人，先是犹太人，后是希腊人；

以法莲受击打，其根枯干，不能结果，即或生产，我也要杀他们所生的爱子。

你们要为自己栽种公义，收割慈爱。你们要开垦荒地，现今正是寻求耶和华的时候；等他临到，公义必如雨降给你们。你们耕种奸恶，收割罪孽，吃的是谎言的果实。因你倚靠自己的行为，仰赖你众多的勇士，所以在你百姓中必掀起闹哄，你一切的堡垒必被拆毁，就如沙勒幔在争战的日子拆毁伯‧亚比勒，将城中的母子一同摔碎。伯特利啊，因你们的大恶，你们必遭遇如此。黎明来临，以色列的王必全然灭绝。

你竟放任你刚硬不悔改的心，为自己累积愤怒！在愤怒的日子，上帝公义的审判要显示出来。

醉酒的人哪，要清醒，要哭泣；好酒的人哪，都要为甜酒哀号，因为酒从你们的口中断绝了。有一队蝗虫，强盛且不可数，上来侵犯我的地；它的牙齿如狮子的牙齿，如母狮的大牙。它毁坏我的葡萄树，撕裂我的无花果树，剥光又丢弃，使枝条露白。你要像童女腰束麻布，为她年少时的丈夫哀号。耶和华的殿中断绝素祭和浇酒祭，事奉耶和华的祭司都悲哀。田荒凉，地悲哀；因为五谷毁坏，新酒枯竭，新的油也缺乏。农夫啊，你们要惭愧；修整葡萄园的啊，你们要哀号；因为大麦、小麦与田间的庄稼全都毁了。葡萄树枯干，无花果树衰残，石榴树、棕树、苹果树，田野一切的树木都枯干；众人的喜乐尽都消逝。

所以，主耶和华如此说：“看哪，我的仆人必得吃，你们却饥饿；看哪，我的仆人必得喝，你们却干渴；看哪，我的仆人必欢喜，你们却蒙羞。看哪，我的仆人因心中喜乐而欢呼，你们却因心里悲痛而哀哭，因灵里忧伤而哀号。

我又告诉你们，从东从西，将有许多人来，在天国里与亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同坐席；本国的子民反而被赶到外边黑暗里去，在那里要哀哭切齿了。”

不要自欺；上帝是轻慢不得的，因为人种的是什么，收的也是什么。顺着肉体撒种的，必从肉体收败坏；顺着圣灵撒种的，必从圣灵收永生。
