Raise a banner on a bare hilltop, shout to them; beckon to them to enter the gates of the nobles.

“行毁灭的山哪，就是毁灭全地的山哪！我要和你作对，我要伸手攻击你，使你从山岩上滚下来，使你成为烧毁了的山。”这是耶和华的宣告。

“我耶和华所膏立的古列，我紧握着他的右手，使列国降服在他面前；我也松开列王的腰带；我使门户在他面前敞开，使城门不得关闭；耶和华对古列这样说：我必亲自领导你，把高低不平的路修平；铜门，我必打破；铁门，我必砍断。我必把隐藏的宝物和在隐密处的财宝赐给你，使你知道我就是按着你的名呼召了你的耶和华，以色列的神。

就在今日，亚述王要停留在挪伯；他要挥拳攻击锡安居民（“居民”原文作“女子”）的山，就是耶路撒冷的山。

世上所有的居民，住在全地上的人哪！山上竖起旗帜的时候，你们要注意；号角吹响的时候，你们要聆听。

耶和华必使埃及的海湾干涸；他要用热风在大河之上挥手，他要击打它，使它分成七道支流，使人走过去也不会把鞋弄湿。

他必向列国竖起旗帜，召聚以色列被掳去的人，又从地的四方聚集分散了的犹大人。
