天下億兆、咎戾滋多、主必罰之、高者降之為卑、強者汰其驕心、

I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.

The Lord will punish the world because it is so evil. He will punish evil people for their sins. He’ll put an end to the bragging of those who are proud. He’ll bring down the pride of those who don’t show any pity.

I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant, and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless.

“ I, the Lord, will punish the world for its evil and the wicked for their sin. I will crush the arrogance of the proud and humble the pride of the mighty.

I will punish the world for its evil, and wicked people for their iniquities. I will put an end to the pride of the arrogant and humiliate the insolence of tyrants.

爾伯沙撒乃先王之孫、雖知此事、不卑以自牧、惟驕其志、逆天之主、命取厥殿之器、王公后妃、用之飲酒、譽揚金銀銅鐵木石所造之上帝、彼不見不聞、不識不知、至於賜爾呼吸、整爾步履之上帝、爾反不頌美之、

人即自高、昂首仰視、必使之屈抑而卑微、蓋是日也、耶和華尊無二上。

驕傲者流、必使為卑、蓋是日也、耶和華尊無二上。

由尊逮卑、皆必降格、雖昂首仰視、必使之屈抑。

越在疇昔、人殺選民、瘞埋其血、今必昭然顯露、蓋耶和華勃興、降罰於世、以彰厥罪焉。

父既犯罪、戮及子孫、不復振興、不建邑城、不得寸土。

惡者必遘凶災、而有惡報、

土地荒蕪、居民哀哭、位高者亦廢、民既犯法違例、爽其永約、故斯土咸染污衊、上帝降災、居民遭譴、如受火烙、存者無幾、

郇邑及耶路撒冷民曰、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、噬予滅予、使我為虛器、吞我若蛇、飫我肥甘、逐我遠去、彼虐遇予、殺予戚屬、罪必歸巴比倫、及迦勒底民。

為困乏與謙遜之人聽訟、秉公行義、作惡者流、必遭箠楚、以辭氣滅之、

爾素為明星、今乃隕自天、昔則敗列國、今乃見滅絕、爾自謂必昇天、位崇隆、越乎至高之星辰、坐峻峭之山、入大會之中、躋北極之所、將及雲霄、比儗至尊。今爾下陰府幽冥之所、見爾者必駭然曰、震動天下、使列國畏懼、荒其四境、毀其邑垣、不反俘囚者、非斯人與。

巴比倫人驕其心志、逆以色列族之聖主耶和華、故召弓人矢人、圍巴比倫、不許逃遁、視其所為而報之。耶和華曰、當是時、壯者偃於逵衢、武士俱亡。萬有之主耶和華曰、驕志之人、降災之日伊邇、我必攻爾。驕者將顛躓、無人扶翼、我火其邑、四周焚燬。

巨龍與其使者、皆逐於地、昔有蛇、亦稱魔鬼撒但、素惑天下億兆、即此龍也、我聞大聲自天云、晨夕於上帝前、譖我兄弟者、今則見逐、上帝救我、握權以治、厥基督亦秉國鈞、
