他憑義氣為貧寒人申正義，以正直判斷國中的困苦人；他以口中的杖擊打強橫人，以嘴裏的氣殺死惡人。

秉公義以鞫貧乏者、持中正以擬世之謙卑者、以口杖擊斯土、以脣氣殺惡人、

為困乏與謙遜之人聽訟、秉公行義、作惡者流、必遭箠楚、以辭氣滅之、

必秉公義審鞫貧民、循正直判斷世之謙虛人、世之謙虛人或作國中窮乏人以口中之言責世、若擊之以杖、以詞氣殺滅惡人、

but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.

He will always do what is right when he judges those who are in need. He’ll be completely fair when he makes decisions about poor people. When he commands that people be punished, it will happen. When he orders that evil people be put to death, it will take place.

but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked.

He will give justice to the poor and make fair decisions for the exploited. The earth will shake at the force of his word, and one breath from his mouth will destroy the wicked.

but he will judge the poor righteously and execute justice for the oppressed of the land. He will strike the land with a scepter from his mouth, and he will kill the wicked with a command from his lips.

But with righteousness He will judge the poor, And decide with fairness for the humble of the earth; And He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.

He will treat the poor fairly, and make right decisions for the downtrodden of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and order the wicked to be executed.

but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.

他必使父親的心轉向兒女，使兒女的心轉向他們的父親，以免我來擊打這地、施行命定的滅絕。」

主耶和華的靈在我身上，因為耶和華膏抹我，要我傳好消息給卑微的人；他派遣我去治癒心靈破碎的人，去宣告被擄的得自由、被囚的得釋放，

然後這不法之人要被顯露出來。主耶穌要以自己口中的氣殺掉他，藉著自己來臨的顯現除去他。

他解救那呼救的貧窮人，以及那無人幫助的困苦人；他顧惜貧弱者和窮人，拯救窮人的性命；他從欺壓和殘暴中贖回他們的性命，他們的血在他眼中看為寶貴。

你將用鐵杖打破他們，把他們像陶匠的器皿那樣打碎。」

神哪，求你把你的公正賜給王，把你的公義賜給王的兒子！願他以公義審斷你的子民，以公正審斷屬你的困苦人；願群山和岡陵藉著公義為百姓帶來平安；願他為子民中的困苦人施行審判，拯救貧窮人的兒女，壓碎那欺壓者。

謙和的人是蒙福的，因為他們將繼承那地。

到底你們中間誰是有智慧、有見識的呢？他就應當藉著良好的品行，以智慧的溫柔，使自己的行為顯明出來；

從他口中發出一把利劍，好用它來擊打列國。他將用鐵杖治理列國，並且要踐踏酒榨，就是神、全能者烈怒的酒榨。

不要毀謗人、不要爭吵；要謙和，在一切事上對所有的人都要顯出溫柔。

看哪！必有一王憑公義統治，必有首領們按公正治理；

神哪，你的寶座是永永遠遠的，你國度的權杖是正直的權杖！你愛公義，恨邪惡；因此神，就是你的神，用喜樂的油膏抹你，勝過膏抹你的同伴。

你當為啞巴和所有孤苦人的爭訟開口。你當開口，以公義施行審判，為困苦人和貧窮人施行審斷。

溫柔、自制。這樣的事，沒有律法反對。

卑微人將因耶和華樂上加樂，世人中的貧窮人將因以色列的聖者而快樂；

他的政權與平安必加增無窮；他必在大衛的寶座上統管他的國，以公正和公義使國堅立穩固，從今直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成就這事。

原來，那焚燒場早已安排好了，是為君王所預備的；它又深又寬，其中充滿了火和許多木柴；耶和華的氣息如同一股硫磺火使它燃燒起來。

必有一個寶座因慈愛堅立，必有一位在大衛的帳篷中憑信實坐在其上，施行審判，尋求公正，速行公義。

在他的右手中拿著七顆星；從他口中發出一把雙刃的利劍；他的面容好像烈日發光。

耶和華將從錫安把你的權杖伸出；你當在你的仇敵中施行管轄！

耶和華的靈藉著我說話，他的言語在我的舌頭上。以色列的神發話，以色列的磐石對我說：「那以公義統治人民，存敬畏神的心施行統治的，他就像日出的晨光、無雲的清晨，又像雨後的晴光，使嫩草破土而出。」

濃煙從他的鼻孔上騰，吞噬的烈火從他口中而出，火炭也從他那裡燃起。

掃羅仍然向主的門徒們口吐凶殺威嚇的話。他來到大祭司面前，

「你們施行不義的審判，顧及惡人的情面，要到什麼時候呢？細拉你們當為貧弱者和孤兒伸冤，為困苦人和貧窮人施行公義；當挽救貧弱者和貧窮人，解救他們脫離惡人的手！

所以，你應當悔改，否則我就會立即來到你那裡，用我口中的劍與他們交戰。

接著，我看見天開了，看哪，有一匹白馬。騎馬的那一位被稱為「信實的」和「真實的」；他以公義去審判、去作戰。

我保羅與你們面對面的時候是卑微的，不在你們那裡的時候向你們卻是大膽的。現在我親自以基督的溫柔與謙和懇求你們：

耶和華開庭審判他子民中的長老和首領，說：「就是你們，吞盡了葡萄園；從困苦人那裡搶來的東西，就在你們家中。

學習行善，尋求公正，指責欺壓者，給孤兒伸冤，為寡婦辯屈！」

就是：瞎眼的得以看見，瘸腿的行走，痲瘋病人被潔淨，耳聾的聽見，死人得以復活，窮人得以聽到福音。

大衛作王統治全以色列，大衛為所有百姓實行公正和公義。
