And the garrison of the Philistines went out to the pass of Michmash.

When the messengers came to Gibeah of Saul, they reported the matter in the ears of the people, and all the people wept aloud.

then out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with its pasturelands, Geba with its pasturelands,

And Saul and Jonathan his son and the people who were present with them stayed in Geba of Benjamin, but the Philistines encamped in Michmash.

From the days of Gibeah, you have sinned, O Israel; there they have continued. Shall not the war against the unjust overtake them in Gibeah?

And the sun went down on them near Gibeah, which belongs to Benjamin,and they turned aside there, to go in and spend the night at Gibeah. And he went in and sat down in the open square of the city, for no one took them into his house to spend the night.

Blow the horn in Gibeah, the trumpet in Ramah. Sound the alarm at Beth-aven; we follow you, O Benjamin!

Now the rest of all the acts of Asa, all his might, and all that he did, and the cities that he built, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? But in his old age he was diseased in his feet.
