耶和華曰、爾曹其來、爾我互辯、爾罪雖丹如朱、將白如雪、雖紅若絳、將白若毛、

耶和華又曰、爾來、吾語汝、爾罪貫盈、其色濃若赭、深若絳、我必使之皓然潔白、如棉如雪。

主曰、爾曹皆來、我與爾明辨、爾罪雖如硃色、必將白如雪、雖紅如絳、必將白如羊毛、或作爾曹皆來我與爾明辨爾罪雖顯如硃紅我必使之白如雪雖紅如丹顏我必使之白如羊毛

我塗去你的過犯，像厚雲消散；塗去你的罪惡，如薄霧消失。你當歸向我，因我救贖了你。

你沒有用銀子為我買香菖蒲，也沒有用祭物的油脂使我飽足；倒使我因你的罪惡操勞，使我因你的罪孽厭煩。我，惟有我為自己的緣故塗去你的過犯，我也不再記得你的罪惡。你儘管提醒我，讓我們來辯論；儘管陳述，自顯為義。

求你用牛膝草潔淨我，我就乾淨；求你洗滌我，我就比雪更白。

我對他說：「我主啊，你是知道的。」他向我說：「這些人是從大患難中出來的，他們曾用羔羊的血把衣裳洗得潔白。

耶和華說：「你們要呈上你們的案件。」雅各的君王說：「你們要提出你們的理由。」

眾海島啊，在我面前靜默；萬民要重新得力，讓他們近前來陳述，我們可以彼此辯論。

有哪一個神明像你，赦免罪孽，饒恕他產業中餘民的罪過？他不永遠懷怒，喜愛施恩。他必轉回憐憫我們，把我們的罪孽踏在腳下。你必將他們一切的罪投於深海。

每逢安息日，保羅在會堂裏辯論，勸導猶太人和希臘人。

使他榮耀的恩典得到稱讚；這恩典是他在愛子裏白白賜給我們的。我們藉着這愛子的血得蒙救贖，過犯得以赦免，這是照他豐富的恩典，充充足足地賞給我們的。他以諸般的智慧聰明，

保羅照他素常的規矩進去，一連三個安息日，根據聖經與他們辯論，

而且加添了律法，使得過犯增加，只是罪在哪裏增加，恩典就在哪裏越發豐盛了。

現在你們要站住，讓我在耶和華面前，以耶和華向你們和你們祖先所行一切公義的事來和你們爭辯。

耶和華如此說：「你們的祖先看我有甚麼錯處，竟遠離我，隨從那虛無的神明，自己成為虛無呢？

保羅講論公義、節制和將來的審判，腓力斯害怕起來，就回答：「你暫且去吧！等我有機會時再來叫你。」

山嶺啊，要聽耶和華的指控！大地永久的根基啊，要聽！因耶和華控告他的百姓，與以色列爭辯。
