今干罪愈甚、以銀鑄像、循其聰明造偶、悉為工匠所製、指之而言曰、任獻祭者與犢接吻、

今為惡益甚、匠人以巧捷之技、鎔銀鑄像、祭司命眾、敬彼犢像、接吻以為禮、

今犯罪益甚、以銀鑄神像、用機巧作偶像、悉為匠人所造、人皆曰獻祭之人、始可與犢犢見八章五節小註接吻、人皆曰獻祭之人始可與犢接吻或作人論彼曰彼以人獻祭反與犢接吻又作祭司謂眾曰以人獻祭者始可與犢接吻

And now they sin more and more, and make for themselves metal images, idols skillfully made of their silver, all of them the work of craftsmen. It is said of them,“ Those who offer human sacrifice kiss calves!”

Now they continue to sin by making silver idols, images shaped skillfully with human hands.“ Sacrifice to these,” they cry,“ and kiss the calf idols!”

Now they continue to sin and make themselves a cast image, idols skillfully made from their silver, all of them the work of craftsmen. People say about them,“ Let the men who sacrifice kiss the calves.”

And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver, even idols according to their own understanding, all of them the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves.

Now they continue to sin and make themselves a cast image, idols skillfully made from their silver, all of them the work of craftsmen. People say about them,“ Let the men who sacrifice kiss the calves.”

And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver,[ and] idols according to their own understanding, all of it the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves.

Even now they persist in sin! They make metal images for themselves, idols that they skillfully fashion from their own silver; all of them are nothing but the work of craftsmen! There is a saying about them:“ Those who sacrifice to the calf idol are calf kissers!”

Now they sin more and more, and have made themselves molten images of their silver, even idols according to their own understanding, all of them the work of the craftsmen. They say of them,‘ They offer human sacrifice and kiss the calves.’

那从囊中抓金子，用天平平银子的人，雇银匠制造神像，他们又俯伏，又叩拜。

但我在以色列人中为自己留下七千人，是未曾向巴力屈膝的，未曾与巴力亲嘴的。”

他们用金银妆饰它，用钉子和锤子钉稳，使它不动摇。

他用剩下的做了一神，就是雕刻的偶像。他向这偶像俯伏叩拜，祷告它说：“求你拯救我，因你是我的神。”他们不知道，也不思想；因为耶和华闭住他们的眼，不能看见，塞住他们的心，不能明白。谁心里也不醒悟，也没有知识，没有聪明，能说：“我曾拿一份在火中烧了，在炭火上烤过饼；我也烤过肉吃。这剩下的，我岂要作可憎的物吗？我岂可向木墩子叩拜呢？”他以灰为食，心中昏迷，使他偏邪，他不能自救，也不能说：“我右手中岂不是有虚谎吗？”

她不知道是我给她五谷、新酒，和油，又加增她的金银；她却以此供奉巴力。

雕刻的偶像，人将它刻出来，有什么益处呢？铸造的偶像就是虚谎的师傅。制造者倚靠这哑巴偶像有什么益处呢？对木偶说：“醒起！”对哑巴石像说：“起来！”那人有祸了！这个还能教训人吗？看哪，是包裹金银的，其中毫无气息。

神的回话是怎么说的呢？他说：“我为自己留下七千人，是未曾向巴力屈膝的。”

自称为聪明，反成了愚拙，将不能朽坏之神的荣耀变为偶像，仿佛必朽坏的人和飞禽、走兽、昆虫的样式。所以，神任凭他们逞着心里的情欲行污秽的事，以致彼此玷辱自己的身体。他们将神的真实变为虚谎，去敬拜侍奉受造之物，不敬奉那造物的主。主乃是可称颂的，直到永远。阿们！

刀剑必临到他们的城邑，毁坏门闩，把人吞灭，都因他们随从自己的计谋。

撒母耳拿瓶膏油倒在扫罗的头上，与他亲嘴，说：“这不是耶和华膏你作他产业的君吗？

只是作恶的和迷惑人的，必越久越恶，他欺哄人，也被人欺哄。

当以嘴亲子，恐怕他发怒，你们便在道中灭亡，因为他的怒气快要发作。凡投靠他的，都是有福的。

他们尽都是畜类，是愚昧的。偶像的训诲算什么呢？偶像不过是木头。

耶和华说：“祸哉！这悖逆的儿女。他们同谋，却不由于我，结盟，却不由于我的灵，以致罪上加罪；

这牛犊出于以色列，是匠人所造的，并不是神。撒玛利亚的牛犊必被打碎。

“你们当想念这事，自己作大丈夫。悖逆的人哪，要心里思想。

以色列是茂盛的葡萄树，结果繁多。果子越多，就越增添祭坛；地土越肥美，就越造美丽的柱像。

有耳却不能听，口中也没有气息。造他的要和他一样，凡靠他的也要如此。

谁知，你们起来接续先祖，增添罪人的数目，使耶和华向以色列大发烈怒。

你们为什么屡次悖逆，还要受责打吗？你们已经满头疼痛，全心发昏。

不在耶和华面前像他父玛拿西自卑。这亚们所犯的罪越犯越大。

你竟任着你刚硬不悔改的心，为自己积蓄忿怒，以致神震怒，显他公义审判的日子来到。

“你们从列国逃脱的人，要一同聚集前来。那些抬着雕刻木偶、祷告不能救人之神的，毫无知识。

他们的偶像是金的，银的，是人手所造的，有口却不能言，有眼却不能看，有耳却不能听，有鼻却不能闻，有手却不能摸，有脚却不能走，有喉咙也不能出声。造他的要和他一样；凡靠他的也要如此。

对他们说：“你们不可带进这被掳的人来！你们想要使我们得罪耶和华，加增我们的罪恶过犯？因为我们的罪过甚大，已经有烈怒临到以色列人了。”

他们立君王，却不由我；他们立首领，我却不认。他们用金银为自己制造偶像，以致被剪除。
