The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact expression of His nature, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

So if you have been raised with the Messiah, seek what is above, where the Messiah is, seated at the right hand of God.

The victor: I will give him the right to sit with Me on My throne, just as I also won the victory and sat down with My Father on His throne.

Therefore, He had to be like His brothers in every way, so that He could become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

For this is the kind of high priest we need: holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens.He doesn’t need to offer sacrifices every day, as high priests do— first for their own sins, then for those of the people. He did this once for all when He offered Himself.For the law appoints as high priests men who are weak, but the promise of the oath, which came after the law, appoints a Son, who has been perfected forever.

keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him endured a cross and despised the shame and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.

But this man, after offering one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God.

My soul, praise Yahweh! Lord my God, You are very great; You are clothed with majesty and splendor.

This is the declaration of the Lord to my Lord:“ Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool.”

For this I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I might be bold enough in Him to speak as I should.

He will stand and shepherd them in the strength of Yahweh, in the majestic name of Yahweh His God. They will live securely, for then His greatness will extend to the ends of the earth.

Yet out of the north He comes, shrouded in a golden glow; awesome majesty surrounds Him.

Now to which of the angels has He ever said: Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool?
