So let us never stop offering to God our praise through Jesus. Let us talk openly about our faith in him. Then our words will be like an offering to God.

Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.

And they cried:“ Amen, Hallelujah!”Then a voice came from the throne, saying:“ Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both great and small!”Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting:“ Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns.

I am using an example from everyday life because of your human limitations. Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to ever- increasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness leading to holiness.

I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.

The two choirs that gave thanks then took their places in the house of God; so did I, together with half the officials,

In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the Lord.And Abel also brought an offering— fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering,

At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said,“ I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.

Open for me the gates of the righteous; I will enter and give thanks to the Lord.

Jesus answered,“ I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.This will please the Lord more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hooves.

Then Hezekiah said,“ You have now dedicated yourselves to the Lord. Come and bring sacrifices and thank offerings to the temple of the Lord.” So the assembly brought sacrifices and thank offerings, and all whose hearts were willing brought burnt offerings.

Therefore I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing the praises of your name.

With praise and thanksgiving they sang to the Lord:“ He is good; his love toward Israel endures forever.” And all the people gave a great shout of praise to the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.

and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.

After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.And they cried out in a loud voice:“ Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,saying:“ Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!”

Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying:“‘ Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,’ who was, and is, and is to come.”Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever,the twenty- four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:“ You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
