They forgot the God who saved them, who had done great things in Egypt,miracles in the land of Ham and awesome deeds by the Red Sea. (niv)

I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am he, you will indeed die in your sins.” (niv)

And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; (niv)

For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; (niv)

After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision:“ Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward.” (niv)

Give ear and come to me; listen, that you may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to David. (niv)
