You have planted much, but harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it.”

You have planted many seeds. But the crops you have gathered are small. So you eat. But you never have enough. You drink. But you are never full. You put on your clothes. But you are not warm. You earn your pay. But it will not buy everything you need.”

那时你们怎么了？有人来到二十斗的谷堆那里，却只得了十斗；有人来到酒池那里要取五十桶，却只得了二十桶。

因你们全国上下都抢夺我的供物，诅咒就临到你们身上。你们要将当纳的十分之一全然送入仓库，使我家有粮，以此试试我，是否为你们敞开天上的窗户，倾福与你们，甚至无处可容。这是万军之耶和华说的。我必为你们斥责蝗虫，不容它毁坏你们的土产。你们田间的葡萄树，果实未熟以先也不会掉落。这是万军之耶和华说的。

你们盼望多得，看哪，所得的却少；你们收到家中，我就吹去。这是为什么呢？因为我的殿荒凉，你们各人却只为自己的房屋奔走。这是万军之耶和华说的。

他们所栽种的是风，所收割的是暴风；禾稼不长穗，无以制成面粉；即便制成，外邦人也必吞吃它。

你撒在田里的种子虽多，收的却少，因为蝗虫把它吃光了。你栽植修整葡萄园，却没有酒喝，也不得储存，因为虫子把它吃了。你全境有橄榄树，却得不到油抹身，因为你的橄榄都掉光了。

他们吃，却不得饱足；行淫，却不繁衍；因为他们离弃耶和华，常行

田荒凉，地悲哀；因为五谷毁坏，新酒枯竭，新的油也缺乏。农夫啊，你们要惭愧；修整葡萄园的啊，你们要哀号；因为大麦、小麦与田间的庄稼全都毁了。葡萄树枯干，无花果树衰残，石榴树、棕树、苹果树，田野一切的树木都枯干；众人的喜乐尽都消逝。祭司啊，当束上麻布痛哭；事奉祭坛的啊，要哀号；事奉我神的啊，你们要来，披上麻布过夜，因为在你们神的殿中不再有素祭和浇酒祭了。

你要吃，却吃不饱，你的肚子仍是空空。你必被挪去，不得逃脱；如有逃脱的，我必交给刀剑。你撒种，却不得收割；踹橄榄，却不得油抹身；有新酒，却不得酒喝。

万军之耶和华说：我要把这书卷送出去，进入偷窃者的家和指着我名起假誓者的家，停留在他家里，连房屋带木头和石头都毁灭了。”

万军之耶和华说：“你们若不听，若不放在心上，将荣耀归给我的名，我就使诅咒临到你们，使你们的福分变为诅咒；其实我已经诅咒了你们的福分，因你们不把诫命放在心上。

那些日子以前，人得不着工价，牲畜也无人雇用；且因敌人的缘故，出入不得平安；因我使人与人互相攻击。

她说：“我指着永生的耶和华—你的神起誓，我没有饼，坛内只有一把面，瓶里只有一点油。看哪，我去找两根柴，带回家为我和我儿子做饼。我们吃了，就等死吧！”

大卫在位年间有饥荒，一连三年，大卫求问耶和华，耶和华说：“扫罗和他家犯了流人血之罪，因为他杀死了基遍人。”

他在满足有余的时候，必有困苦临到；凡受苦楚之人的手必加在他身上。

自从我们停止向天后烧香，献浇酒祭，我们倒缺乏这一切，又因刀剑饥荒灭绝。”

我要断绝你们粮食的供应，使十个女人用一个烤炉给你们烤饼，按配给的定量秤给你们。你们要吃，却吃不饱。

他家里出产的必消失，在神愤怒的日子被冲走。

你们劳力却白费，因为你们的地没有出产，地上的树也不结果实。

十亩的葡萄园只酿出一罢特的酒，一贺梅珥的谷种只结一伊法粮食。”

他又对我说：“人子，看哪，我必断绝耶路撒冷粮食的供应。他们要带着忧虑限量吃饼；带着惊惶限量喝水。他们因缺粮缺水，彼此惊惶，在自己的罪孽中消灭。”

“我使你们在每一座城里牙齿干净，使你们各处的粮食缺乏，你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。“在收割的前三个月，我不降雨在你们那里，我降雨在这城，不降雨在那城；这块地有雨，那块无雨的地就必枯干。两三城的人挤到一个城去找水喝，却喝不足，你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。“我以焚风和霉烂攻击你们，你们许多的菜园、葡萄园、无花果树、橄榄树屡屡被剪虫所吃，你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。

使肥沃之地变为荒芜的盐地，都因当地居民的邪恶。

因为无雨降在地上，土地就干裂，农夫为此蒙羞抱头。
