就使無花果樹不結果子，葡萄樹上無出產，橄欖樹的農作物令人失望，田地又不出糧食，羊從羊圈中被剪除，牛棚內也沒有牛，

無花果雖不舒蕊、葡萄樹雖不結實、橄欖無所產、田畝不出糧、牢中絕羊、闌內無牛、

雖無花果之蕊不舒、葡萄樹之實不結、橄欖不復生果、田畝不復產物、牢中無群羊、廄內無牛犢、

因其時無花果樹不萌芽、葡萄樹不結實、油果樹不出油、田畝不產物、不產物或作不出穀牢中絕羊、圈內無牛、

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,

The fig trees might not bud. The vines might not produce any grapes. The olive crop might fail. The fields might not produce any food. There might not be any sheep in the pens. There might not be any cattle in the barns.

Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls,

Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty,

Though the fig tree does not bud and there is no fruit on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though the flocks disappear from the pen and there are no herds in the stalls,

Even if the fig tree does not blossom, And there is no fruit on the vines, If the yield of the olive fails, And the fields produce no food, Even if the flock disappears from the fold, And there are no cattle in the stalls,

Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls—

For though the fig- tree shall not flourish, Neither shall fruit be in the vines; The labor of the olive shall fail, And the fields shall yield no food; The flock shall be cut off from the fold, And there shall be no herd in the stalls:

Though the fig tree does not bud and there is no fruit on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,

Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither[ shall] fruit[ be] in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and[ there shall be] no herd in the stalls:

When the fig tree does not bud, and there are no grapes on the vines; when the olive trees do not produce, and the fields yield no crops; when the sheep disappear from the pen, and there are no cattle in the stalls,

For though the fig tree doesn’t flourish, nor fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive fails, the fields yield no food; the flocks are cut off from the fold, and there is no herd in the stalls:

“雖然我使你們各城的人牙齒乾淨，各處都缺乏糧食；但你們仍不歸向我。”這是耶和華的宣告。“我曾在收割前三個月，不降雨給你們；我降雨給一個城，在另一個城卻不降雨；我在一塊地降雨，另一塊地沒有雨水就枯乾了。兩三個城的居民擠到一個城去找水喝，卻沒有足夠的水喝；但你們仍不歸向我。”這是耶和華的宣告。“我曾多次用熱風和霉爛擊打你們的園子和葡萄園，叫蝗蟲吃光你們的無花果樹和橄欖樹；但你們仍不歸向我。”這是耶和華的宣告。“我在你們中間降下瘟疫，正如臨到埃及的瘟疫一樣；我用刀殺掉你們的年輕人，你們被擄去的馬匹也遭殺戮；我使你們營裡死屍的臭氣撲鼻，但你們仍不歸向我。”這是耶和華的宣告。

他們必吞滅你們的莊稼和糧食，吞滅你的兒女，你們的羊群牛群，以及你們的葡萄和無花果；他們也必用刀劍毀壞你們所倚仗的堅固城。

田野荒廢，土地淒涼，因為五穀毀壞，新酒乾竭，油也缺乏。農夫啊！你們要為大麥和小麥羞愧。修理葡萄園的啊！你們要哀號，因為田間的莊稼都破壞了。葡萄樹枯乾，無花果樹衰殘；石榴樹、棕樹、蘋果樹，田野所有的樹木都枯乾，因此歡樂從人間消失了。祭司啊！你們要腰束麻布，並且痛哭。在祭壇侍候的啊！你們要哀號。事奉我的神的啊！你們披上麻布進去過夜吧，因為素祭和奠祭，都從你們的神的殿中止息了。

糧食不是在我們的眼前斷絕了嗎？歡喜與快樂不是從我們的神的殿中止息了嗎？穀種在土塊底下朽爛，倉庫荒涼，穀倉破爛被拆毀，因為五穀都枯乾了。牲畜發出哀鳴，牛群到處流蕩，因為沒有草場給牠們，羊群也同樣受苦。

“但是，如果你不聽從耶和華你神的話，不謹守遵行我今日吩咐你的一切誡命和律例，以下這一切咒詛就必臨到你身上，把你趕上。你在城裡必受咒詛，在田間也必受咒詛。你的籃子和摶麵盆都必受咒詛。你身所生的、土地所出的、牛生殖的和羊所產的，都必受咒詛。

那時你們怎樣呢？有人到穀堆來，想得兩百公斤穀，卻只得一百公斤；有人到榨酒池去，想從酒槽得一百公升酒，卻只得四十公升。耶和華說：‘我用旱風、霉爛和冰雹擊打你們，和你們手裡的一切工作，你們還是不歸向我。

“猶大悲哀，她的城鎮（“城鎮”原文作“城門”）衰落，人人都坐在地上悲傷痛哭；耶路撒冷的哀聲上達於天。他們的顯貴差派童僕去打水；童僕來到池邊，卻找不到水，就拿著空的器皿回來；他們失望難過，蒙著自己的頭。土地乾裂，因為地上沒有雨水；農夫失望，都蒙著自己的頭。甚至母鹿在田野生產了小鹿，也得把牠丟棄，因為沒有青草。野驢站在光禿的高岡上，像野狗喘著氣；牠們雙目發呆，因為沒有青草。”“耶和華啊！即使我們的罪孽指證我們，還求你因你名的緣故施行拯救。我們實在多次背道，得罪了你。以色列的盼望啊！以色列遭難時的拯救者啊！你為甚麼在本地像一個寄居的人，又像個只住宿一夜的旅客呢？

你和女子訂了婚，別人必和她同寢；你建造房屋，必不得住在裡面；你栽種葡萄園，必不得享用它的果子。你的牛在你眼前被宰了，你必不得吃牠的肉；你的驢從你面前被搶奪了，必不歸還給你；你的羊群交給了你的仇敵，必沒有人拯救。你的兒女必被交給別國的民，你必親眼看見，日日為他們焦慮；你必無能為力。你土地的出產和你勞碌得來的一切，都必被你不認識的民族吃盡；你必常常受壓迫和壓制；你因親眼看見的，必要瘋狂。耶和華必用毒瘡打擊你的雙膝和雙腿，由踵至頂，使你無法醫治。耶和華必把你和你所立統治你的君王，領到你和你的列祖都不認識的國那裡去；在那裡你必事奉別的神，就是木頭石頭所做的神。在耶和華要領你去的各民族中，你必成為使人驚駭、使人嘲笑和諷刺的對象。“你帶到田間的種子雖然很多，但收進來的卻很少，因為蝗蟲把它吞吃了。你栽種修理葡萄園，必不得收葡萄，也不得喝葡萄酒，因為蟲子把它吃盡了。你全境必有橄欖樹，卻沒有油抹身，因為你的橄欖還未成熟就脫落了。你必生兒養女，卻不是屬你的，因為他們都要被擄去。
