流你们的血、害你们生命的，我必向他们追偿；无论是走兽或人类，甚至各人自己的兄弟，我必要他偿命。

流你们血、害你们命的，无论是兽是人，我必讨他的罪，就是向各人的弟兄也是如此。

凡是杀人害命的，无论人或兽，我必向他们追讨血债。凡杀人的，我必追讨他的血债。

至于你们的生命之血，我必为你们追讨：我要向野兽追讨，我也要向人，甚至向各人的兄弟追讨人命。

凡是殺人害命的，無論人或獸，我必向他們追討血債。凡殺人的，我必追討他的血債。

流你們的血、害你們生命的，我必向他們追償；無論是走獸或人類，甚至各人自己的兄弟，我必要他償命。

實在的，流你們的血、流你們性命之血的罪，我總要討罰的；我要向各樣走獸討罰：向人的手、向每一個人兄弟的手、討罰那害人性命的罪。

至於你們的生命之血，我必為你們追討：我要向野獸追討，我也要向人，甚至向各人的兄弟追討人命。

有流爾血、害爾命者、或獸或人、我必討之、凡害人命者、我必討之、

或獸傷人、或人相殺、凡流血殞命、殘害兄弟者、我必伸其冤。

有害爾命流爾血者、或獸或人、我必討其罪、人與人為兄弟、人若害人命、我必討其罪、

And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being.

I will certainly hold someone accountable if you are murdered. I will even hold animals accountable if they kill you. I will also hold anyone accountable who murders another person.

And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man.

“ And I will require the blood of anyone who takes another person’s life. If a wild animal kills a person, it must die. And anyone who murders a fellow human must die.

And I will require a penalty for your lifeblood; I will require it from any animal and from any human; if someone murders a fellow human, I will require that person’s life.

I certainly will require your lifeblood; from every animal I will require it. And from every person, from every man as his brother I will require the life of a person.

Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning; from the hand of every beast I will require it, and from the hand of man. From the hand of every man’s brother I will require the life of man.

And surely your blood, the blood of your lives, will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it: and at the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, will I require the life of man.

I will require the life of every animal and every man for your life and your blood. I will require the life of each man’s brother for a man’s life.

And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man.

For your lifeblood I will surely exact punishment, from every living creature I will exact punishment. From each person I will exact punishment for the life of the individual since the man was his relative.

I will surely require accounting for your life’s blood. At the hand of every animal I will require it. At the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, I will require the life of man.

“如果牛触了男人或女人，以致死亡，那牛必须用石头打死，只是不可吃牛的肉；牛的主人却不必受刑罚。如果那牛以前常常触人，牛主也曾经受过警告，他仍然不把牛拴好，以致触死了男人或是女人，就要用石头把那牛打死，牛主也必要处死。

耶和华问该隐：“你的弟弟亚伯在哪里？”他回答：“我不知道；难道我是看守我弟弟的吗？”耶和华说：“你作了什么事呢？你弟弟的血有声音从地里向我呼叫。

“打人以致把人打死的，必要把那人处死。

所以，从义人亚伯的血起，到巴拉加的儿子撒迦利亚的血为止，他就是你们在圣所和祭坛中间所杀的，所有义人在地上所流的血，都要归在你们身上。

你不可在你的族人中，到处搬弄是非，也不可危害你的邻舍（“危害你的邻舍”直译是“站在你邻舍的血上”）；我是耶和华。

因为那追讨流人血的罪的，他记念受苦的人，他没有忘记他们的哀求。

犯了死罪，故意杀人的，你们不可收取赎价代他赎命，因为他必被处死。逃到避难城的人，你们也不可收取他的赎价，使他在大祭司未死以前回到本地居住。这样，你们就没有玷污你们所在之地，因为血能玷污地；在地上如果有流人血的，除非流那故意杀人者的血，那地的血就不能得赎。

“不可杀人。

“在耶和华你的神赐给你作产业的地上，如果发现有被杀的人，倒卧在田野，又不知道是谁杀死他的，这样，你的长老和审判官就要出去，量一下从被杀的人那里到四周城市的距离。看看哪一座城离那被杀的人最近，那城的长老就要从牛群中取一只母牛犊，就是还没有耕过地、没有负过轭的。那城的长老要把母牛犊牵下去，到一个有活水长流的山谷，就是未曾耕种过、未曾撒过种的地方，在那里要打折母牛犊的颈项。利未支派的祭司的子孙要上前来，因为耶和华你的神拣选了他们事奉他，奉耶和华的名祝福。一切争讼和一切殴打的事，都要凭他们的话决定。那城所有的长老，就是离那被杀的人最近的，都要在山谷中，在被折断颈项的母牛犊以上洗手。他们要声明，说：‘我们的手未曾流过这人的血，我们的眼也未曾看见这事。耶和华啊，求你赦免你的子民以色列，就是你救赎的，不要使流无辜人的血的罪归在你的子民以色列中间。’这样，他们流人血的罪就得到赦免了。如果你行耶和华看为正的事，就可以从你中间除掉流无辜人的血的罪了。

他从一个本源造出了万族来，使他们住在整个大地上，并且定了他们的期限和居住的疆界，
