But Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it across their shoulders; then they walked in backward and covered their father’s naked body. Their faces were turned the other way so that they would not see their father naked.

But Shem and Japheth picked up a piece of clothing and laid it across their shoulders. Then they walked backward into the tent. They covered their father’s body. They turned their faces away because they didn’t want to see their father naked.

那善于管理教会的长老，当以为配受加倍的敬奉；那劳苦传道教导人的，更当如此。

控告长老的呈子，非有两三个见证就不要收。

不可严责老年人，只要劝他如同父亲；劝少年人如同弟兄；

“当孝敬父母，使你的日子在耶和华你神所赐你的地上得以长久。

凡人所当得的，就给他。当得粮的，给他纳粮；当得税的，给他上税；当惧怕的，惧怕他；当恭敬的，恭敬他。

弟兄们，若有人偶然被过犯所胜，你们属灵的人就当用温柔的心把他挽回过来；又当自己小心，恐怕也被引诱。

最要紧的是彼此切实相爱，因为爱能遮掩许多的罪。

务要尊敬众人，亲爱教中的弟兄，敬畏神，尊敬君王。

“在白发的人面前，你要站起来；也要尊敬老人，又要敬畏你的神。我是耶和华。
