The fear and dread of you will fall on all the beasts of the earth, and on all the birds in the sky, on every creature that moves along the ground, and on all the fish in the sea; they are given into your hands.

All the land animals will be afraid of you. All the birds in the sky will be afraid of you. Every creature that moves along the ground will be afraid of you. So will every fish in the seas. Every living thing is put under your control.

The fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth and upon every bird of the heavens, upon everything that creeps on the ground and all the fish of the sea. Into your hand they are delivered.

All the animals of the earth, all the birds of the sky, all the small animals that scurry along the ground, and all the fish in the sea will look on you with fear and terror. I have placed them in your power.

各类飞禽、走兽、昆虫、水族，都可以驯服，而且都已经被人类制伏了；

神就赐福给他们，对他们说：“要繁衍增多，充满这地，征服它；也要管理海里的鱼、空中的鸟和地上所有走动的生物。”

对灾殃和饥馑，一笑置之，地上的野兽你也不害怕。你必与田间的石头立约，田间的野兽必与你和平相处。

我必使你们境内太平；你们睡觉，没有人惊吓你们；我使恶兽在境内绝迹；刀剑也不经过你们的地。

打发野地的走兽到你们中间，夺去你们的儿女，残害你们的牲畜，减少你们的人口，使你们的道路荒凉。

他们出发了，神使周围的城市都非常惧怕，他们就不追赶雅各的儿子。

“‘我必与它们立平安的约，使恶兽从境内灭绝，它们就可以在旷野安居，在树林中躺卧。

到那日，为了他们，我必和田野的走兽、空中的飞鸟、地上爬行的动物立约；我必从这地折断弓弩、刀剑和兵器（“兵器”原文作“战争”）；使他们安然居住。

耶和华神用泥土造了野地的各样野兽，和空中的各样飞鸟，把它们都带到那人面前，看他给它们叫什么名字；那人怎样叫各样有生命的活物，那就是它的名字。

啊！人算什么，你竟记念他？世人算什么，你竟眷顾他？你使他比天使（“天使”或译：“神”）低微一点，却赐给他荣耀尊贵作冠冕。你叫他管理你手所造的，把万物都放在他的脚下，就是所有的牛羊、田间的走兽、空中的飞鸟、海里的鱼，和海里游行的水族。

你安设黑暗，有了晚上，林中的百兽就都爬出来。少壮狮子吼叫觅食，要寻求从神而来的食物。太阳升起的时候，它们就躲避，回到自己的洞穴躺卧。人出去作工，劳碌直到晚上。
