正在那日，挪亞和他的兒子閃、含、雅弗，以及挪亞的妻子和三個媳婦，都一同進入方舟。

你當知道，當明白，從發出命令恢復並重建耶路撒冷，直到受膏的君出現，必有七個七和六十二個七。耶路撒冷城連街帶濠都必在艱難中恢復並重建。過了六十二個七，那受膏者被剪除，一無所有；必有一王的百姓來毀滅這城和聖所，它的結局必如洪水沖沒。必有戰爭，一直到末了，荒涼的事已經定了。

保羅卻說：「我們是羅馬人，並沒有定罪，他們竟在公眾面前打了我們，又把我們下在監裏；現在要私下趕我們出去嗎？這不行！叫他們自己來領我們出去吧！」差役把這些話回稟官長們；官長們聽見他們是羅馬人，就害怕了，於是來勸他們，領他們出來，請他們離開那城。

你出你入，耶和華要保護你，從今時直到永遠。

抬耶和華約櫃的祭司在約旦河中的乾地上穩穩站着，以色列眾人都從乾地上過去，直到全國都過了約旦河。

錫安哪，我因與你立約的血，要從無水坑裏釋放你中間被囚的人。

抬約櫃的祭司站在約旦河的中間，直到耶和華命令約書亞告訴百姓的一切事辦完為止，正如摩西所吩咐約書亞的一切話。於是，百姓急速過了河。

挪亞同他的兒子、妻子和媳婦都進入方舟，躲避洪水。

「你吩咐抬法櫃的祭司從約旦河上來。」約書亞就吩咐祭司說：「你們從約旦河上來。」抬耶和華約櫃的祭司從約旦河中上來，腳掌一落乾地，約旦河的水就流回原處，仍舊漲滿兩岸。

因他要為你命令他的使者，在你所行的一切道路上保護你。

耶和華對挪亞說：「你和你的全家都要進入方舟，因為在這世代中，我看你在我面前是個義人。

獄警一醒，看見監門全開，以為囚犯已經逃走，就拔刀要自殺。保羅大聲呼叫：「不要傷害自己！我們都在這裏。」
