但我要與你立約；你同你的兒子、妻子和媳婦都要進入方舟。

惟我與爾約、爾與妻子及媳、悉入於舟、

今與爾約、爾可入舟、若妻、若子、若媳、咸挈以登。

But I will establish my covenant with you, and you will enter the ark— you and your sons and your wife and your sons’ wives with you.

But I will make my covenant with you. You will go into the ark. Your sons and your wife and your sons’ wives will enter it with you.

正在那日，挪亞和他的兒子閃、含、雅弗，以及挪亞的妻子和三個媳婦，都一同進入方舟。

挪亞同他的兒子、妻子和媳婦都進入方舟，躲避洪水。

我要與你，以及你世世代代的後裔堅立我的約，成為永遠的約，是要作你和你後裔的神。

「看哪，我要與你們和你們後裔立我的約，包括和你們一起所有的生物，就是飛鳥、牲畜、地上一切的走獸，凡從方舟裏出來地上一切的生物。我與你們立我的約：凡有血肉的，不再被洪水滅絕，也不再有洪水毀壞這地了。」神說：「這是我與你們，以及和你們一起的一切生物所立之永約的記號，直到萬代：我把彩虹放在雲中，這就是我與地立約的記號了。我使雲遮地的時候，會有彩虹出現在雲中，我就記念我與你們，以及各樣有血肉的生物所立的約：不再有洪水氾濫去毀滅一切有血肉的了。彩虹出現在雲中，我看見了，就要記念神與地上一切有血肉的生物所立的永約。」

我的百姓啊，要進入內室，關上你的門，躲避片刻，等到憤怒過去。

「看哪，這就是我與你立的約，你要成為多國的父。

就是那些從前在挪亞預備方舟、神容忍等待的時候不信從的人。當時進入方舟，藉着水得救的不多，只有八個人。

到明年所定的時候，撒拉必為你生以撒，我要與他堅立我的約。」

因着信，挪亞既蒙神指示他未見的事，動了敬畏的心，造了方舟，使他全家得救。藉此他定了那世代的罪，自己也承受了那從信而來的義。

耶和華對挪亞說：「你和你的全家都要進入方舟，因為在這世代中，我看你在我面前是個義人。

既然神也沒有寬容上古的世界，曾叫洪水臨到那不敬虔的世界，只保護了報公義信息的挪亞一家八口；
