「看哪，我要使大洪水臨到地上，要毀滅普天之下一切有生命氣息、有血肉的，地上的一切都將斷氣！

看哪，我要使洪水泛滥在地上，毁灭天下；凡地上有血肉、有气息的活物，无一不死。

看哪，我要使洪水泛滥在地上，毁灭天下凡有生命气息的血肉之躯，地上的一切都要灭亡。

看哪，我要使洪水泛滥在地上，毁灭天下凡有生命气息的血肉之躯，地上的一切都要灭亡。

看啊，我要使洪水在地上泛滥，毁灭天下。地上一切有气息的生灵都要灭亡。

看哪，我要使洪水临到地上，消灭天下的生物，就是有生气的活物；在地上的都必定要死。

看啊，我要使洪水在地上氾濫，毀滅天下。地上一切有氣息的生靈都要滅亡。

看哪，我要使洪水臨到地上，消滅天下的生物，就是有生氣的活物；在地上的都必定要死。

我呢，你看罷，我要使洪流大水臨到地上，來毁滅天下凡有血肉的，就是有生氣的活物：凡在地上的都必溺死。

我必使洪水氾濫於地、以滅天下有血氣之生物、凡在地者、淪胥以亡、

我必令洪水氾濫於地、翦滅億兆、天下凡有血氣者、必淪胥以亡。

我必使洪水氾濫於地、以翦滅天下一切有血氣之生物、凡在地者必滅亡、

I am going to bring floodwaters on the earth to destroy all life under the heavens, every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish.

I am going to bring a flood on the earth. It will destroy all life under the sky. It will destroy every living creature that breathes. Everything on earth will die.

For behold, I will bring a flood of waters upon the earth to destroy all flesh in which is the breath of life under heaven. Everything that is on the earth shall die.

“ Look! I am about to cover the earth with a flood that will destroy every living thing that breathes. Everything on earth will die.

“ Understand that I am bringing a flood— floodwaters on the earth to destroy every creature under heaven with the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish.

Now behold, I Myself am bringing the flood of water upon the earth, to destroy all flesh in which there is the breath of life, from under heaven; everything that is on the earth shall perish.

And behold, I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die.

I am about to bring floodwaters on the earth to destroy from under the sky all the living creatures that have the breath of life in them. Everything that is on the earth will die,

I, even I, will bring the flood of waters on this earth, to destroy all flesh having the breath of life from under the sky. Everything that is in the earth will die.

因為再過七天，我就要降雨在地上四十晝夜，把我所造的一切生物都從地面上抹掉。」

既然神也沒有顧惜上古的世界，使洪水臨到那不敬神的世界，只保守了義的傳道者挪亞一家八口；

一切有血肉、在地上活動的，就是飛鳥、牲畜、野獸和充滿大地的各樣群聚動物，以及所有的人都斷了氣。在陸地上一切鼻孔裡有生命氣息的都死了。這樣，神抹掉了地面上的一切生物——從人到牲畜、到爬行之物、到天空的飛鳥，都從地上抹掉了；只留下挪亞和那些與他一起在方舟裡的。

就是從前在挪亞建造方舟的那些日子裡，在神耐心等待的時候那些不肯信從的靈魂。當時進入方舟，藉著水獲救的人很少，只有八個人。

耶和華坐在洪水之上，耶和華坐著為王，直到永遠。

使結果實的土地成為鹽鹼地，這都因其上居民的邪惡。

因著信，挪亞在那還看不見的事上得了神的指示，就動了敬畏的心，建造了一隻方舟，以至於他的家人獲救。藉著信，他定了世界的罪，自己也繼承了從信而來的義。

人們繼續吃、喝、嫁、娶，直到挪亞進方舟的那一天，洪水到來，把一切都毀滅了。

耶和華啊，洪流揚起——洪流揚起它們的聲音，洪流揚起它們的濤聲！耶和華在至高處大有能力，勝過大水的聲音，勝過海洋巨大的波浪！

「對於我，這就像挪亞洪水的時候——我怎樣起誓不讓挪亞洪水再次漫過大地，我也要怎樣起誓不對你發怒，也不斥責你。

「我，是我安慰你們；你是誰，竟怕那必死的人，就是那被棄如草芥的世人；

神對挪亞說：「一切血肉之軀的結局已經來到我面前，因為他們使大地充滿了殘暴；看哪，我要把他們與這地一起毀滅！

耶和華說：「我要把我所創造的人從地面上抹掉，並且從人到牲畜、到爬行之物、到天空的飛鳥都抹掉，因為我後悔造了他們。」

因為罪的工價就是死；但神的恩賜，在我們的主基督耶穌裡，卻是永恆的生命。

這樣，就像罪藉著死亡掌權，恩典也照樣藉著義掌權，使人藉著我們的主耶穌基督進入永恆的生命。

這樣，一切有生命氣息的，就是有血肉的，都一對一對到挪亞那裡，進入方舟。

所以，正如罪是藉著一個人進入了世界，並且死是藉著罪進入的；這樣，因為人人都犯了罪，死也就臨到了所有的人。就是說，沒有律法以前，罪已經在世上了；不過沒有律法，罪就不算為罪。然而，從亞當到摩西，死亡掌了權，甚至那些沒有按亞當過犯的樣式犯罪的人，也在死的權下。這亞當是以後要來的那一位的象徵。

因為被造之物屈從在虛妄之下，並不是出於自願，而是出於使它屈從的那一位；被造之物自己也盼望著從使之衰朽的奴役中得到釋放，歸入神兒女榮耀的自由。我們知道，所有被造之物都一同呻吟、同受陣痛，直到如今。

洪水在地上持續了四十天，水不斷上漲，把方舟托起，方舟就從地上浮了起來。

「看哪，我要與你們以及你們的後裔確立我的約；

他們毫不察覺，直到洪水到來，把一切沖走。人子的來臨，也將是這樣。

耶和華神用地上的塵土塑造人，把生命的氣息吹進他的鼻孔裡，那人就成了有生命的人。
