上帝諭挪亞曰、凡有血氣者、厥期已盡、蓋其強暴遍滿於地、我將倂地而滅之、

上帝謂挪亞曰、緣世億兆、暴虐徧行、我必翦滅、使之云亡。○

天主謂挪亞曰、凡有血氣者將被我翦滅、因其強暴徧行、我將滅之於地、

And God said to Noah,“ The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

万物的结局近了。所以，你们要谨慎自守，警醒祷告。

“人子啊，主耶和华对以色列地如此说：结局到了，结局到了地的四境！现在你的结局已经临到，我必使我的怒气归与你，也必按你的行为审判你，照你一切可憎的事刑罚你。我眼必不顾惜你，也不可怜你，却要按你所行的报应你，照你中间可憎的事刑罚你。你就知道我是耶和华。“主耶和华如此说：有一灾，独有一灾；看哪，临近了！结局来了，结局来了，向你兴起。看哪，来到了！

“以色列人哪，你们当听耶和华的话。耶和华与这地的居民争辩，因这地上无诚实，无良善，无人认识神。但起假誓，不践前言，杀害，偷盗，奸淫，行强暴，杀人流血，接连不断。

但主的日子要像贼来到一样。那日，天必大有响声废去，有形质的都要被烈火销化，地和其上的物都要烧尽了。这一切既然都要如此销化，你们为人该当怎样圣洁，怎样敬虔，切切仰望神的日子来到。在那日，天被火烧就销化了，有形质的都要被烈火熔化。

凡地上各类的活物，连人带牲畜、昆虫，以及空中的飞鸟，都从地上除灭了，只留下挪亚和那些与他同在方舟里的。

世界在神面前败坏，地上满了强暴。神观看世界，见是败坏了；凡有血气的人在地上都败坏了行为。

“西缅和利未是弟兄；他们的刀剑是残忍的器具。

他说：“阿摩司啊，你看见什么？”我说：“看见一筐夏天的果子。”耶和华说：“我民以色列的结局到了，我必不再宽恕他们。”

先知说：“我观看地，不料，地是空虚混沌；我观看天，天也无光。我观看大山，不料，尽都震动，小山也都摇来摇去。我观看，不料，无人；空中的飞鸟也都躲避。我观看，不料，肥田变为荒地；一切城邑在耶和华面前，因他的烈怒都被拆毁。”耶和华如此说：“全地必然荒凉，我却不毁灭净尽。因此，地要悲哀，在上的天也必黑暗；因为我言已出，我意已定，必不后悔，也不转意不做。

那时候有伟人在地上，后来神的儿子们和人的女子们交合生子；那就是上古英武有名的人。

住在众水之上多有财宝的啊，你的结局到了！你贪婪之量满了！

故此，当时的世界被水淹没就消灭了。但现在的天地还是凭着那命存留，直留到不敬虔之人受审判遭沉沦的日子，用火焚烧。

挪亚因着信，既蒙神指示他未见的事，动了敬畏的心，预备了一只方舟，使他全家得救。因此就定了那世代的罪，自己也承受了那从信而来的义。
