后来打粮食的时候，你们要把五分之一纳给法老，四分可以归你们做地里的种子，也做你们和你们家口孩童的食物。”

人若不看顾亲属，就是背了真道，比不信的人还不好，不看顾自己家里的人，更是如此。

只在你们中间存心温柔，如同母亲乳养自己的孩子。

约瑟进去告诉法老说：“我的父亲和我的弟兄带着羊群牛群，并一切所有的，从迦南地来了，如今在歌珊地。”

神说：‘当孝敬父母’；又说：‘咒骂父母的，必治死他。’你们倒说：‘无论何人对父母说：我所当奉给你的已经作了供献，他就可以不孝敬父母。’这就是你们藉着遗传，废了神的诫命。

他必提起你的精神，奉养你的老，因为是爱慕你的那儿妇所生的。有这儿妇比有七个儿子还好！”
