Judah recognized them and said,“ She is more righteous than I, since I wouldn’t give her to my son Shelah.” And he did not sleep with her again.

对大卫说：“你比我公义，因为你以善待我，我却以恶待你。

使你们从今以后不再随从人的情欲，只顺从神的旨意，在世度余下的光阴。因为你们从前随从外邦人的心意，生活在淫荡、情欲、醉酒、荒宴、狂饮和可憎的偶像崇拜中，时候已经够了。

因为，神救众人的恩典已经显明出来，训练我们除去不敬虔的心和世俗的情欲，在今世过克己、正直、敬虔的生活，

大卫王来到耶路撒冷，进了宫，就把从前留下看守宫殿的十个妃嫔软禁在冷宫，养活她们，却不与她们亲近。她们被关起来，活着如同寡妇，直到死的日子。

大卫看见那在百姓中施行毁灭的天使，就向耶和华说：“看哪，我犯了罪，行了恶，但这群羊做了什么呢？愿你的手攻击我和我的父家。”

“有谁对神说：‘我受了责罚，必不再犯罪；我所看不明的，求你指教我；我若行了不义，必不再行’？

我说了一次，就不回答；说了两次，不再说了。”

你们要结出果子来，和悔改的心相称。

我们知道律法所说的话都是对律法之下的人说的，好塞住各人的口，使普世的人都伏在神的审判之下。

他们听见这话，从老的开始，一个一个都走开了，只剩下耶稣一人和那仍然站在中间的女人。

她玛见示拉已经长大，却还没有娶她为妻，就脱去她寡妇的衣裳，用面纱蒙着，盖住自己，坐在往亭拿的路上，伊拿印城门口。

你的眼目清洁，不看邪恶，也不看奸恶，为何你却看着人行诡诈呢？恶人吞灭比自己公义的人，为何你保持沉默呢？

他认出来，就说：“这是我儿子的外衣，恶兽把他吃了，约瑟一定被撕碎了！”

黑夜已深，白昼将近。所以我们该除去暗昧的行为，带上光明的兵器。

那人和他妻子夏娃同房，夏娃就怀孕，生了该隐，她说：“我靠耶和华得了一个男的。”

你既为你的姊妹辩护，就要担当自己的羞辱。因你所犯的罪比她们更可憎，她们比你倒显为义；你既使你的姊妹显为义，就要抱愧，担当自己的羞辱。”

于是他们为押沙龙在屋顶上支搭帐棚，押沙龙就在以色列众人眼前，与他父亲的妃嫔亲近。

但现在祸患临到你，你就烦躁了；它挨近你，你就惊惶。
