Judah recognized them and said,“ She is more righteous than I, since I wouldn’t give her to my son Shelah.” And he did not sleep with her again.

謂大衛曰、爾較我尤義、我待爾以惡、爾報我以善、

主目至潔、不欲觀妄為、不欲視惡行、今人作罪、作罪或作行欺詐之事主何為徒觀、惡人害較己尤義者、主何為默然不言乎、

父識之曰、是誠吾子之衣也、必為惡獸所食、約瑟之身被噬無疑矣、

夜已深、晝已近、當解暗昩之行、衣光明之甲冑、

亞當與妻夏娃同室、懷孕生該隱、該隱譯即得之義云、主使我得男子、

爾擬姊妹當受羞辱、今爾必自受、爾所犯之罪、較彼尤為可憎、則彼較爾顯為善、爾既使姊妹較爾顯為善、則爾必蒙羞抱愧、
