以亞伯拉罕之嘏錫爾、及爾苗裔、俾承所旅之地、即昔上帝所賜亞伯拉罕者、

以亞伯拉罕之嘏錫爾、爰及苗裔、昔上帝以斯土錫亞伯拉罕、而爾旅之、今願與爾為業。

以所許亞伯拉罕之福、賜爾及爾後裔、以所賜亞伯拉罕之地、即爾所寄居之地、賜爾為業、

May he give you and your descendants the blessing given to Abraham, so that you may take possession of the land where you now reside as a foreigner, the land God gave to Abraham.”

May he give you and your children after you the blessing he gave to Abraham. Then you can take over the land where you now live as an outsider. It’s the land God gave to Abraham.”

May he give the blessing of Abraham to you and to your offspring with you, that you may take possession of the land of your sojournings that God gave to Abraham!”

May God pass on to you and your descendants the blessings he promised to Abraham. May you own this land where you are now living as a foreigner, for God gave this land to Abraham.”

May God give you and your offspring the blessing of Abraham so that you may possess the land where you live as a foreigner, the land God gave to Abraham.”

May He also give you the blessing of Abraham, to you and to your descendants with you, so that you may possess the land where you live as a stranger, which God gave to Abraham.”

這是要使亞伯拉罕的福，因着基督耶穌臨到外邦人，使我們能因信得着所應許的聖靈。

耶和華向亞伯蘭顯現，說：「我要把這地賜給你的後裔。」亞伯蘭就在那裏為向他顯現的耶和華築了一座壇。

願頌讚歸給我們主耶穌基督的父神。他在基督裏曾把天上各樣屬靈的福氣賜給我們。

「耶和華啊，求你聽我的禱告，側耳聽我的呼求！我流淚，求你不要靜默無聲！因為在你面前我是客旅，是寄居的，像我列祖一般。

我必多多賜福給你，我必使你的後裔大大增多，如同天上的星、海邊的沙。你的後裔必得仇敵的城門，並且地上的萬國都必因你的後裔得福，因為你聽從了我的話。』」

我必使你生養極其繁多；國度要從你而立，君王要從你而出。我要與你，以及你世世代代的後裔堅立我的約，成為永遠的約，是要作你和你後裔的神。我要把你現在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，賜給你和你的後裔永遠為業；我也必作他們的神。」

聖經既然預先看見神要使外邦人因信稱義，預先傳福音給亞伯拉罕，說：「萬國都必因你得福。」

因着信，他就在所應許之地作客，好像在異鄉，居住在帳棚裏，與蒙同一個應許的以撒和雅各一樣。因為他等候着那座有根基的城，就是神所設計和建造的。因着信，撒拉自己已過了生育的年齡還能懷孕，因為她認為應許她的那位是可信的；所以，從一個彷彿已死的人竟生出子孫，如同天上的星那樣眾多，海邊的沙那樣無數。這些人都是存着信心死的，並沒有得着所應許的，卻從遠處觀望，且歡喜迎接。他們承認自己在地上是客旅，是寄居的。

願他的名存到永遠，他的名如太陽之長久；願人因他蒙福，萬國稱他為有福。

「過犯得赦免，罪惡蒙遮蓋的人有福了！主不算為有罪的，這樣的人有福了！」

羅得離開亞伯蘭以後，耶和華對亞伯蘭說：「你要從你所在的地方，舉目向東西南北觀看；你所看見一切的地，我都要把它賜給你和你的後裔，直到永遠。我要使你的後裔好像地上的塵沙，人若能數地上的塵沙，才能數你的後裔。你起來，縱橫走遍這地，因為我必把這地賜給你。」

耶和華對亞伯蘭說：「你要離開本地、本族、父家，往我所要指示你的地去。我必使你成為大國，我必賜福給你，使你的名為大；你要使別人得福。為你祝福的，我必賜福給他；詛咒你的，我必詛咒他。地上的萬族都必因你得福。」

在那日，耶和華與亞伯蘭立約，說：「我已賜給你的後裔這一片地，從埃及河直到大河，幼發拉底河，就是基尼人、基尼洗人、甲摩尼人、赫人、比利洗人、利乏音人、亞摩利人、迦南人、革迦撒人、耶布斯人的地。」

於是耶和華帶他到外面，說：「你向天觀看，去數星星，你能數得清嗎？」又對他說：「你的後裔將要如此。」亞伯蘭信耶和華，耶和華就以此算他為義。耶和華又對他說：「我是耶和華，曾領你出迦勒底的吾珥，為要把這地賜你為業。」
