Esau said to his father,“ Do you only have one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!” And Esau wept loudly.

以扫对他父亲说：“父啊，你只有一样可祝的福吗？我父啊，求你也为我祝福！”以扫就放声而哭。

以扫问他的父亲：“我父啊，你只有一个祝福吗？我父啊，求你也给我祝福。”以扫就放声大哭。

以扫对他父亲说：“我父啊，难道你只有这一个祝福吗？我父啊，求你也祝福我！”以扫就放声大哭。

以掃對他父親說：「父啊，你只有一樣可祝的福嗎？我父啊，求你也為我祝福！」以掃就放聲而哭。

以掃對他父親說：『難道你只有一個福可祝麼，我父？也給我吧，給我祝福吧，我父。』以掃就放聲大哭。

以掃對他父親說：「我父啊，難道你只有這一個祝福嗎？我父啊，求你也祝福我！」以掃就放聲大哭。

以掃曰、父之祝嘏、豈惟一而已乎、父歟、請亦祝我、遂大聲號哭、

以掃曰、父之祝嘏、豈獨一而已也、請更祝我、遂大聲號泣、

以掃謂父曰、父之祝福豈獨一已乎、請更為我祝、遂放聲號哭、

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!” Then Esau wept aloud.

Esau said to his father,“ Have you but one blessing, my father? Bless me, even me also, O my father.” And Esau lifted up his voice and wept.

Esau pleaded,“ But do you have only one blessing? Oh my father, bless me, too!” Then Esau broke down and wept.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me too, my father!” And Esau wept loudly.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only one blessing, my father? Bless me, me as well, my father.” So Esau raised his voice and wept.

And Esau said to his father,“ Have you only one blessing, my father? Bless me— me also, O my father!” And Esau lifted up his voice and wept.

And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Esau said to his father,“ Do you have only that one blessing, my father? Bless me too!” Then Esau wept loudly.

For you know that later, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected because he didn’t find any opportunity for repentance, though he sought it with tears.

When Esau heard his father’s words, he cried out with a loud and bitter cry and said to his father,“ Bless me too, my father!”

So he said,“ Isn’t he rightly named Jacob? For he has cheated me twice now. He took my birthright, and look, now he has taken my blessing.” Then he asked,“ Haven’t you saved a blessing for me?”

These are the tribes of Israel, 12 in all, and this was what their father said to them. He blessed them, and he blessed each one with a suitable blessing.

In a little more than a year you overconfident ones will shudder, for the vintage will fail and the harvest will not come.Shudder, you complacent ones; tremble, you overconfident ones! Strip yourselves bare and put sackcloth around your waists.Beat your breasts in mourning for the delightful fields and the fruitful vines,

My servants will shout for joy from a glad heart, but you will cry out from an anguished heart, and you will lament out of a broken spirit.

Since I called out and you refused, extended my hand and no one paid attention,since you neglected all my counsel and did not accept my correction,I, in turn, will laugh at your calamity. I will mock when terror strikes you,
